    2. I'd like to live in a world where my entire quality of life doesn't depend on my job and how valuable I am to the ruling class.

    3. You're analogy is nonsense. The dog will come to me because I am ladened with meat. America, with it's security, safety and wealth is that meat. Why in God's good name would I want a hungry, probably vicious dog to come and eat all my meat and kill me?

    4. Why do we toss principles out the window when they're not useful to our ruling class? Are we really this dense? It's tax evasion if you're evading taxes that are meant to support the infrastructure that make these bastards rich. Letter of the law vs the spirit. You don't give up on the spirit of the law because it's _hard_.

On a side note, That has always been the difference between left wing socialists and right wing ideologue. The socialist doesn't just throw his hands up and leave it all up the the hand of fate. When in your life has any complex problem been better solved by leaving it to blind fucking chance?

Yes, Hilary is going to be beholden to the 1%. So is Trump. Our entire political system is fueled by money. We've got horrific systemic issues that go back to the 80s when Karl Rove and his ilk formed the unholy alliance between the evangelicals and the 1%ers tired of their 90% tax bracket after the first 10 mil (adjusted for inflation). It took us almost 40 years to get this screwed up, we're not gonna fix it overnight. There will be compromises. Nasty ones. Keep voting for the most left leaning, pro worker candidate you can get, and for God's sake vote in your mid term election. That's how you'll see reform. It'll take years and it's going to be painful. But if you really want something done the solution is to shift the country back to the left and Roosevelt and away from the far right of Rove & Reagan.

The Saturn is a nightmare featureing 7 or 8 different processors with cache ram all over the place. It's a minor miracle what's been achieved. It's still fantastic to see this. The Saturn had a vibrant and incredible library that's largely inaccessible, especially if you're not Japanese. The difficulty of emulation means almost nothing got ported (and many of the "Saturn" ports on Xbox Live/PSN are really Model 2 ports). I always thought it sad Sega couldn't monetize their Saturn back catalog (outside of a very short lived service in Japan for PCs based on a different emulator). I would kill to get Panzer Dragoon 1,2 & Saga on PSN/Steam.

When the housing market bust I saw a lot of blue collars kicked out of their houses and I saw those same houses renovated for sale/rent by what were very, very clearly illegals. The thing that keeps the cost of Intel based systems up is the need to get an i5 for 4 cores, which is fast becoming a requirement (even if most games are really just using 1 core and lazily binding to core 3, I'm looking at you, Farcry 4).

AMD Zen + Directx12 might even things up. If AMD has competitive CPUs that'll help, and DX12 might make some of the shenanigans that nVidia pulls to make AMD cards unstable go away. Somebody new to PC gaming that starts buying stuff off Steam sales is in for some unpleasant surprises. You can buy Intel, but then you've got other problems. If you didn't shell out at lease $600 (probably $800) you got integrated graphics and a 250 watt power supply that can't drive a decent card. You also got a dual core i3, only to find most modern games need a quad core (probably not for any good reason, but there you go). You could replace that power supply, but you better hope Dell didn't swap the hot and ground so you'd be force to buy from them.
