    I was in a Windows 2000 Professional class in which there was a student to which the "dir" command parameters were more of a mystery than they should have been, had trouble realizing that "regedit" stood for registry editor, and other simple stuff... sometimes you have to be more basic than basic...and that college teaches pre-algebra classes too.

    Nobody names a school, "School". A school is names "Riley Public School" or "Claypool Public School" If I see just School, I consider that it is likely that the person just made a mistake...which happens more frequently than some people seem to realize.

    Microsoft isn't saying Dell can't sell systems with the Linux OS or even a marginally functional one, Microsoft is saying Dell can't sell systems without any operating system. Kind of reminds me of the story of drilling a hole in a piece of wood and calling it a finished product to avoid a tariff on raw materials.
