    You cited SCOTUS, quoted post cited the text of the Constitution.

    "...and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."

    I'm arguing that an ineffective counsel is incapable of providing assistance, as required by the Constitution.

    just because you passed the bar exam doesn't mean you are capable of meeting the constitutional requirement of being able to provide assistance of Counsel. In the case I cited the ineffectiveness of the lawyer even went far enough to say that he was also deprived of his other 6th amendment right to call witnesses in his defense.

    Isn't amazing how one word can change the entire meaning of a sentence? One of the reasons I'd be a bad lawyer, But this particulate line is pretty cut and dry.

    Meh, We Go through cycles, The fed is the third bank of the united states. If we abolish it, I'm sure we'll see what will happen with the 4th bank of the united states sometime in my lifetime.
    Something to note, While the fed was crated before the depression, The Fed was significantly weaker origination than it was today. It wasn't until after the crash that the treasury department was banned from touching monetary policy. .

    Anyhow it seems like the FDIC really has made good old fashioned bank runs a thing of the past; For a lot of people, when Wamu crashed, All that happened was they got a new checking card with a different logo on it.

    Governments have somewhat more constraints on treating political viewpoints equally than private employers would, though. So the network admins can probably block all political sites, but if they go out of their way to only block sites of the opposing political party, that might not be permitted. They also can't discipline employees in a viewpoint-discriminatory way, e.g. firing employees who surf to wisdems.org but not wisgop.org, or vice versa.
