The Chronicles of Riddick is the series. The new movie is "The Chronicles of Riddick", but i remember there being something on the end of that at one point, but the latest release of the first movie is being called "The Chronicles of Riddick: Pitch Black", theres a third one coming out eventually, dark something...
Wow, thats a gorgeous mod. You should post that on pimp rig, might make the guys there take back some of what they said about macs. One thougt, it may look beter if you put EL wire looped around behind the mesh in front, it would probably light up the whole thing a bit more evenly, and as bright as CCFLs are, you never want to see them directly. But again, that is sexy.
These on the otherhand (the bottom four anyway) seem to be a much better solution to aditional laptop cooling. I'm thinking of getting one, as my laptop is completly passivly cooled and it gets quite warm when sitting on the carpet or the footrest of the couch.
How many people are going to be using those "advanced" features that are unique to Office? This is going into schools, it will probably be used on a very basic level that differs very little between different office suites. A word processor is a word processor. Font selection, size, maybe color, style, left justify, right, center, double space, etc. Our final in comp sci was to write a word processor in java. The basics are all the same on all programs on all platforms...
I'm getting a dual layer burner (sort of) for my next computer, but i dont plan on buying dual layer media any time soon, its still +$10 a disc. Once it gets down to maybe 2 or 3 dollars a disc then i'll switch to the better media. Dont bother buying the faster stuff untill its cheap enough or worth the time saved.
Me and some friends of mine did a short movie and did a run of about 100 copies. It took us about 50 hours total, just burning. I dont know how much having a small run like that pressed would cost, but i'm sure its more than the cost of 100 DVDs and our time (which is obviously worthless). But yeah, it woulda been nice to save some time.
I know DVDs are spec'd to higher tolerances, but i havn't seen a dvd reader above 16x, and my 3 year old compaq has one. And 52x is a bit past the limit on CDs sometimes.
Population is not a problem in any first world country. Nearly all MDCs have shown population decline in recent decades. Hell, not even china is much of a problem anymore, although their tactics are questionable, the PRC has their population under maybe too good of control. I've heard that within something like 3 more generations china's population will be something like 80% male. The only real problem now is india, as their growth shows no signs of slowing down.
Would they add hoth as a location. I've never played SWG, but i dont think hoth would be a good location. Theres nothing there. Thats the reason the rebels built their base there, because it was nearly uninhabitable. Not a good planet for common folk.
I picked up a few for like $10 apiece at walgreens (i'd seen em elsewhere for $40). Had to put a resistor in to lower the volume (they were loud), other than that havn't done much, but there are lots of mods out there, articulated bodies, extra legs etc, all combined with a rudimentary AI for a kickass toy.
Does it load all the other preferences, such as tab bar always on and the same mouse gestures? Firefox is great, but i still use opera, if someone could put together an extention that made firefox behave exactly like operas defaults, that'd be perfect.
Not that metallica would ever do anything having to do with computers for distribution (how could they now, really), but anyway just to be picky, metallica moved up from electra to warner bros for their next and (thankfully) last album.
I'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to smuggle in a minidv camera. I've never been searched going into a movie for food or anything and me and my friends frequently go to big releases at the ultra screen on opening nite too. On that same note, i can fit 4 20ozs and 4 boxes of candy in my pants (cargo shorts), but thats what they get for having a target next to the theatre with an aisle marked "Movie Box Candy" at half the price...
My archos was smaller (physically) and bigger in capacity, but it has one advantage over the ipod and all other mp3 players i know of. You plug it in and it just mounts as an external hard drive. No software needed at all to transfer songs, just drag and drop over and they're there when you turn on the unit not plugged into the computer. Organization is as simple as making new folders. Are there any other portables that have this capability? I only know people with nomad zens and ipods, and both reqire special software to transfer songs, which according to everyone, sucks. But for now i'll stick with my big ugly jukebox.

Its about numbers and math and some shit like that.
Fry's doesn't cary tampons.
Still, thats just wrong.

Buy a refurb xbox from your local gamestop or whatever, get a modchip, a bigass hard drive and copy games from blockbuster.

Of my favorite cases on that page. That guy has way too much time on his hands, impressive nonetheless.

A conflict of interest for Sony, as they have a record label too.
So thats what the Scroll Lock key is for.

They didn't all have beards, although that would have been great, they were all dressed in cowboy garb.
I know that, but you can just drag a song out of your music folder and into the ipod, you have to transfer it with iTunes, right?
