she had just one picture of a 15 year old boy in a sexual position, would you all defend her?
That would make for an interesting case, charging a minor with possestion of child pornography. What about distribution? I know some (high-school) girls who are freaks and proabably would post pictures of themselves on the internet. I'm 17, if my girlfrind (also 17) sent me a nude photo of herself could we both be slapped with kiddie porn charges?

Not quite... I'm 17, i've had a job since i was 14, and many of my friends have too. I'm typing this on the laptop that i own that i bought with my money from my bank account earned from my job. I file taxes and everything. It is mine. The only part of the above that has anything to do with my parents is that my checking account is a joint account with my mom, but in name only, the checks have my name on them, my check card has my name on it, the account is tied to my SSN, only i know the ATM pin and the passwords for the account. Lots of my friends have the same deals. And a few have their own cars that they've bought and payed for with the money they earned. No part of those cars are their parents. And as for the sex thing, its not like thats enforcable(except for maybe michael jackson...) i lost my virginity a year ago to a 19 year old. Just because its illegal doesn't mean we "cant". We may not have a lot of rights (im still hoping some ballsy kid will challenge something and get constitutional rights in schools), but we do at least have property rights.

If you own a dremel, and most nerds should, the large sanding drum bit is the exact size of the center hole of a cd. DISCLAMER: i will not be responsible for death and/or maiming, wear saftey goggles!!! Depending on your model, you can rev it up ienough that the cd will explode in a shower of plastic and foil. Its best to hold the cd paralell to yourself as it explodes outward in the direction its spinning. I have a cordless model that only goes up to 10k RPMs, but with a lttle practice you can shake the CD off the bit while its spinning and te cd will peel out and shoot off along the ground. The force these move with is incredible, i had one shoot down the hall and explode when it impacted the radiator, a good sized chunk flew striaght back, cut my pants and my knee. Good times...

Thanks For the links. Your right about that, i forgot about N and P and i thought the martian caps were mostly CO2 ice. The papers mentioned melting the caps to release C02 to restart the greenhouse effect. Giant mirrors were suggested to do this, but wouldn't a nuke be much more cost, weight and time effective than anything else? I think a few good sized nukes could melt enough of the caps to begin the process.

The only problem with terraforming both mars, and venus too, is water. Both have atmosphere composed mostly of CO2, so if we could crash a couple of omets into the planets we could just dump some seeds. The right plants could thrive and produce all the oxygen we could need. Something that could grow in iron rich soil for mars, and for venus, a lichen or something that could handle the sulfuric acid and everything else.

I saw it last nite on the local ultra-screen, it was great. The fight scenes were less gratuitous than reloaded it seemed, but i don't think either of the movies can really stand on their own. Taken as a whole they're one kick ass 5 hour movie, but i think revolutions was the better of the two. As for the conclusion, it left some questions, but they really had to end it that way, there wasnt any other way to wrap up the series. Also, a question, the kid who greets them when the nebuchadnezzar returns to the dock in reloaded(hes got a bigger part in revolutions...), is he the skateboad kid from the one animatrix film, we couldn't decide that last nite.
