It's great that microchip and mozilla could work together!
But why is one full page of this paper
dedicated to telling you about the copyright on the other three pages!?!
They just haven't put it into windows yet. They have to write up a patent app first, and then
get the press release ready saying that everyone is copying their creative stuff.
This would apply to commercial airplanes IF the manufacturer is no longer around and no one claims rights to the type certificate, AND you have one of the airplanes and need the data to maintain it in a safe manner. If you just think it would be cool to see, it wouldn't 'enhance aviation safety' in anyway to release the details.
These documents wouldn't be "lost" with out this change. They are part of the Federal Records. The type certificates contain all of the drawing and details required to build the aircraft. If the company built a plane that didn't meet the type cert, it would not be certified as airworthy. This just allows owners of the planes to keep them legally flyable.
But according to YouTube's email to him:
"Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act,
any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material
or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification
may be subject to liability."
So... it would follow that...
any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material
or activity should be removed or disabled even if by mistake or
misidentification may be subject to liability.
Looks like YouTube says you should sue Viacom.

Things are designed a way for a reason. The sensor is at the bottom to detect anything on the ground that would interfere with the door coming down. If you move the sensor to the top, it is now useless, and is also in violation of most, if not all, building codes.
Ha. The coolest part of the video is the Lambda Chi house in the background!
asking a bus driver if passengers should be allowed to drive there own cars. What would you expect as an answer?
They thought things were going to stay the same, but it turns out that things are about to change.
Did you know racecar spelled backwards is... racecar?

All of these comments sound like my experiences with the 1.X series. 2.1 rocks.

Where did you get that info? The government just isn't providing any funding.
Use a hammer! (HAMR get it!)
How about none? Isn't space trave still the domain of large nations, one group of "Nation-states" (ESA) and Burt Rutan?
The problem, however, seems to be in Europe. Europe is first to file, therefore, Apple is screwed.
Thank god they put that up.
