Just looking through the release notes, and it says that they've reduced the number of targets for area of effect powers. This includers blasters final power (like nova) and also looks like it will nerf fire tanks (the biggest source of power levelling). This is huge.
Not sure if it's any better, but I tend to read reviews posted on Amazon. Granted, there is a lot of joke reviews, possibly some fraud and definitely fanboy behavior, but it's pretty easy to find some quality reviews there.
Or any other laptop... But that is much bigger than this or other HD video players.

I think that video attachment for the iPod looked pretty cool. I've not seen a HD-based video player that has a clamshell design. It makes a lot of sense (protects the screen and keys and kind of makes double to space for keys and screen)
Is the game still missing Porsche and Ferrari? That always seemed like a big deal to me. I think there are license issues involved, but it seems like they are making enough money with the game to be able to buy the license to use these cars.
What does it matter if you can just get an ID from another state? For instance, drivers licenes from Jersey are just a laminated piece of paper with a "hologram" (which was just shiny marking).
