I think I devote enough time and money caring about the world. Why aren't people allowed to have a few luxuries in life, as long as those luxuries don't come at the expense of others? So unless anime starts employing sweatshop artists, i can still watch anime, thank you very much.

And for the record. I really don't care about the Sept11 attacks. Sure its not nice for 3000 people to die, and i feel sorry for their families. But a lot greater injustices and deaths happen in the world every day, and you can't afford to get lost in self-pity. So skip the S11 rhetoric.

Depends. Poorer people might be more likely to shoplift or something to that effect, whereas things like assault, date rape and the like would probably be a lot more common in middle classes.
And the top echelons commit fraud and embezzlement as the crimes of choice.
