    Didn't Terminator 3 come with a special Windows Media 9 High Def version or did it just fall out of the sky and into my hands? Didn't MS demonstrate the HD capabilities by hosting WM9 high def video somewhere on their site?

    There's a problem with this logic. We didn't really know what was in Iraq, we only knew that there were once weapons there. Under the guidelines, we were supposed to be shown that these weapons had been peacefully destroyed, but Iraqi officials made that hard. Now some chemical agents show up in other parts of Europe that Iraq was supposed to have, and Iraq hasn't kept account of what happened to all of their chemical agents. What do you do?

    Slashdot has been, and does get Slashdotted quite frequently. At least 3 times a week for a period of 5-8 hours I get error 500 or nothing at all. Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

    It can, and has, been able to do that since NT 4.0 at least. You can create partitions and link them like they were folders.

    The browser I use (Avant) allows you to have a vertical tab bar. I'm not really fond of the idea, but if you have that many tabs open I could see why you want it.

    The problem with open standards is that they are sometimes not so standard. Constantly changing and deprecating older formats. The other problem is that they sometimes contain things that nobody wants to impliment or that it'd be very hard to impliment properly. Take HTML and CSS for example. Nobody impliments it 100% right. Or even the C++ language. Everybody has their own quirks and additions.

    Doesn't sound like a worm to me at all.
    A computer worm is a self-replicating computer program, similar to a computer virus. A virus attaches itself to, and becomes part of, another executable program; however, a worm is self-contained and does not need to be part of another program to propagate itself.

    Yeah, because FireFox has never been vulnerable to same stuff as IE like those jpg vulnerabilities.... What's that you say? It was? How about the Shell Exploit then? Also vulnerable? Well I guess any software requires careful use then.

    Quite often it was the fault of naughty printer drivers. They liked to just break suddenly and with no reason.
