    I am going to download it, a create a bunch of papers written by myself. Soon, I will be published in Science, Nature, and many other of the top periodicals of chemistry, physics and biology. Perhaps I will co-author a paper with Stephen Hawking.

    On the other hand, it proves that you have never worked in the Real World.

    I develop a commercial web based application that runs on Linux. I have used VMWare daily for 3 years so that I can test on several Windows platforms without having multiple machines or a kvm at my desk. I just ctrl-tab to another desktop and there is Windows XP or 2000 or 98 or whatever else I am running at the time.

    Oceans don't have DNA!

    Seriously, though, that's going to be a lot of work. A single drop of sea water probably contains dozens of different microbes. They would have to be isolated and purified to make sure there was no cross-contamination. If you try to extract DNA from a culture with multiple species in it, your results are not going to reliable or even worthwhile.

    This won't help lower taxes, it will raise them. You see someone (political connected) will 'have' to be hired to managed the ad program. And since the persons salery will come out of a different budget pool they will still make it look like the ad program is bringing in more than it is.

    I think you are being overly cynical. There is no way you can know this to be true. Not every job in the governement is gotten by being politically connected. I know this for a fact because my mom (cue the mom jokes) is an executive recruiter and has done dozens of placements for high level government jobs in at least a dozen states. FYI: Recruiters find and present the candidates.
