    Other than are you at least 18, employers shouldn't be allowed to ask my age. They can't ask about my sex, race, religion or ancestry except on an anonymous affirmitive action survey. Age should be no different.

    Not all digital will be HDTV, HD meaning high definition, some will be SDTV, standard definition. Digital broadcasts are all that is mandated, not high quality digital broadcasts.

    He has openly said that he doesn't know what "public interest" means, and prefers to let the market decide these things. He is grossly incompetant. Nepotism and cronyism are not how you find qualified people. Since the FCC has refused to regulate the media, which is what it was created to do in the first place, why isn't it just abolished? It serves no purpose.

    Did anyone else notice that the entire hard drive industry scaled warranties back to one year from three and even five at about the same time? That's collusion, and it violates anti-trust laws. Something should be done. I suggest a class action lawsuit by owners of all these fancy looking paperweights. I know the government won't do it for us.

    This isn't exactly Kelly Clarkson or Rueben. Folk and folksy-style music are non-profit endeavors. It will take years for such an artist to find his audience. The terms starving and artist frequently go together no matter how good an artist is.
