    Yup, interesting that their reaction to this leak is greater security/secrecey. Really shouldn't they just avoid doing a lot of these things first place?

    Maybe we should just ban the kids from school? online instructor lead learning for all? Just think of the saving in facility costs and bussing alone (if it were done right, in reality burocrats would make it an overbudget ineffective waste of time)

    I was thinking more the people who pass on the right, with their vehicle half in the ditch or the ones that make a left turn from the right turn lane so they don't have to wait in the queue.

    Not legally, but in practive people in cars pass people using shoulders and other creative methods if someone is moving slow enough.

    Last time I used goo gone, it softened the plastic and when I went to scrub the goo off it permanently marred the shiny finish... Always test on an inconspicuos location as they suggest!

    True for his work PC, but on a secure web service your password should be good enough. On top of that, I imagine that once you die and stop paying the bill it will be purged for you within a few months.

    I expect it wasn't that employee's actions, but when they were later accused of being the scammers by management or whomever. Blaming the customer shouldn't be the first response.

    I suspect that the connection system was already widely used, and apple somehow managed to patent using it for a laptop... Apple is good like that.

    I have a deep fryer with a similar kind of connection (two contacts and a magnet in the middle). Is it ever a pain in the ass, I have clean the contacts weekly to keep it working.

    Yes, why should the car manufacturer tell me how fast I can go? What if I'm trying to, say, escape a tornado and need to go faster? I paid the money, let me use my own judgment to do what I want with the car/device.

    Yup, calling that a highway is generous, I walk on roads like that regularly and haven't had any issues. Maybe she was reading the directions off the blackberry and walked in to traffic? I'm surprised she's not suing RIM as well.

    My back more visible than my front? I think you'd want to walk towards so that you can both see each other, I sure don't trust every driver on the road to see me.

    Same effect as Dban, erases all boot records partition maps, etc. It can often correct issues that a simple format can't and could help, that said it definatly isn't a low-level format.
