The only way to get all the UnderUtilized computers to do something is to push it unto their computers. There is a reason my the computers are underutilized, the user does not know how to use the computer. If they know how to download and install software then their computer would be full of programs that run all the time. Maybe the software could come as a standard for new PCs. Then anyone who knew about computers could delete it, but if you knew no better then they could use the power.
Internet explorer already does.. Infact so does all of Windows XP products.. it is called "Group Similiar Task-bar Buttons" It adds them all into a nice little button in the taskbar that you can switch between. They just dont call it tabbed browsing because "it would confuse the public"
well... If you are like me and carry the gadgets anyways, then you are use to the weight. The problem comes in with wires going places, and the fact of looking like a geek. So, these clothes would be a nice addition and make things a little easier to carry around.
Please define: New.... I have a computer I will sell for $100, I have only used it for a few years. By some definitions it is still new... Will that work for you?
I was wondering how on earth was the mayor of such a town was going to provide wifi access to EVERYONE or in the written words "ALL"... but I guess all takes on a new meaning to refer to everyone in a small area like a city or county. go figure.... I never would have guessed.
If I could mod you up I would. That was the funniest joke I have seen in a long time!!! hahahahaha... I laugh at your joke.. and I laugh again.. hhahahhaha... you should get nominated for an Emmy for that one.
I think it is some high point in life to make a movie from a video game and try your hardest not to make is suck. I am not saying it cannot be done, but the odds are against them. According to my current calculations, they only have a 2.98% chance of it not sucking. Unless they try to up their chancs by throwing in a bunch of bigtime actors, then they chances drop to.0009%. History has proven itself.
would not trying to enforce this law be like trying to stop spam? or like trying to eat jello with a pitchfork...(do not try that at home... it hurts if you miss)
A bounty doesn't really make sense the way that spammers are currently prosecuted. Most spammers just get a slap on the wrist. Until spammers actually start getting serious hard time or huge civil penalties, then the value of the bounty would be greater than the cost to most spammers. This would make it beneficial for a small time spammer to partake in their own bounty.
If bounties given out were a percentage of the fines actually collected from spammers (which ideally should be really painful for big spammers), rather than some fixed range, then a bounty system would make sense. And spammers who manage to launder their profits so the fines don't stick need to get prison time.
that does not seem like a long time... of course falling from a great height it can seem like forever... but I can just see someone trying a "cool trick" in zero G.. then the 25 secs ends and the kids lands on his head... that would be bad...
From what I have seen with refs in other US professional sports, these devices could greatly help out. Who can argue with ultrasensitive touch pads on the basketball court?!.. wait.. no...ok...
