If I have a closet full of CDs and choose to download mp3s of what I already bought on disc from Kazaa rather than ripping them myself (which is probably foolish, I know), am I breaking the law? Would they have to prove I don't already own the music?
This is all hypothetical, of course...
Hope your 624 works better than mine. The computer I have directly connected to the router keeps getting disconnected from the internet, to say nothing of the wireless computer. If you have newer firmware than they have on the web, you may be in better shape than I am.
I've never had any problems with my Player. Yes, the software leaves a lot to be desired, but those fine people at Rockbox know how to make the Archos hardware sing!
Often, rebates require you to cut off the UPC code from whatever it is you purchased and send that along with your info. Problem is, many places won't accept returns on items if the UPC is missing, so you're stuck-- get the rebate and hope that nothing goes wrong, or don't get the rebate in case you need to return it.
A very well done book about the changing nature of work, both in the US and out. It covers hi-tech and low-tech jobs, from Microsoft to Starbucks. Very good reading. She has a website nologo.org, but as far as I am concerned the book is much better than the materials there.
Well then, so much for convenience and ease of use, and not having to waste cds.
Or are mp3 versions available? AAC is worthless on my mp3 player...
It must have been that evil-looking business guy. The one with the briefcase. Damn him!
Unfortunately, from what I've read ass-groove memory technology is still years away.
Perhaps "fall" is in the title because sales of comic books crashed in the '90s big time and have never returned.
It does spell things better than I do, though.
What exactly are those, anyway? The linked article doesn't explaing them.
It made mp3gain put every track WAY in the red. I wonder what the CD would sound like if it wasn't clipped so badly?
And his plans to blow up file sharing computers?
Looks like I'll have to take the rest of the summer off if I really wanna learn how to use this. When's the OO for Dummies coming out?
I've never had that Netflix problem with any recent version... using mozilla on a win 2k sys...
Genius! Maybe I'll use that in another game.

You're one step close to becoming a PC! Woot!
An extended version of my life, so I can find the time to watch all of this stuff? Are you listening Jackson????

They still won't match my collection of Cassingles! (Apologies to The Onion)

So glad they're using 2.0. With 1.1, cooking steaks took hours. I wonder if they'll offer a firewire version for Mac users?
Can you give me any more info? Who put it out? Is it in the US? The only thing I've found is used VHS copies for $70.00...
It would be nice if it was on DVD. I have it on an old VHS tape-- I taped it when it was shown on PBS of all places.
