2 to 3 generations still works quite well. I dont see many people with a 60+ year age difference having sex. Furthermore guess what if everyone drove withing the prescribed driving limits and had reasonable training driving there would be far fewer "accidents" on the road" In the case of a car "accident" you can and often do affect other unaware people. A more reasonable argument would be pro race car accidents, where everyone is aware of the potential risks. Finally while I am certainly sorry for anyone who gets aids from a non voluntary sourse ( for example my uncle) it still doesn't change the fact that peoples actions are indeed contributing to the furtherance of AIDS. Oh and btw I also consider drinking and driving manslaughter.. to be premeditated murder and should be subject to the fullest punishment of 1st degree murder.

You know of course that aids is essentially a voluntary disease. if for just 2 or 3 generations people would stop having indescriminent sex and stick with one partner for life then aids would go away completely. Yes I know that some people get aids through other means, but those other means are rare and very controllable. Oh and for teh record I had a dear uncle who died of AIDS.
Remember just like networking software has levels also. In the case of windows and viruses It would seem that there are 4 levels you need worry about. The bottom most lasyer is of course the core of the OS the kernel, layer 1 would be the OS interoperability layer, layer 2 the api and layer 3 the application itself. ( yes you could break them down into finer layers but for this argument 4 is fine.) Running wine layers 0 and 1 are replaced completely. Layer 2 is a functional and structural equivalent. Any virus based on its concepts should in effect still work, however most at that level are specific code exploits. Most importantly you have the application layer (3) since this code is teh same any virus designed to run exclusively in this layer should by all means be fully functional. Fortunately this is going to be in user space and should not affect he rest of teh system outside of the specific application.
BIggest issue I see is resale value. How long you plan to stay will affect things also. You may well be convinced that there are not problems with the power lines but it will be difficult to convince someone else to take it off your hands in x number of years.
Think again about your statements about what they can and cannot do. In fact they can detain while the police arrive. So not only are you not a lawyer you are not familiar with the law, I suggest you become so.
Disclaimer - I work with lawyers and for a private investigations and security group.
I like this, amongst other things it will allow me to prevent non HIPAA compliant OSs from accessing my medical sites. After all how many physcians know how to spoof ethernet packets?
Problem then would be that to get this benefit ( and I now think its just the taxes you paid to the foreign country are not taxed) He would have to file his state taxes from a foreign address.. which he cannot do . Thus he would have to pay full taxes on both sides. And Yes My experience was also in the UK
The company was in California at that time, it has since moved though. Since you would be telecomuting one could argue that your work was being done on a remote machine its a bit streatchy but again so long as you pay all your taxes teh strong likelyhood is that noone will care one way or another. Furthermore how would the state ever know you moved out of state? It should still be legal by bother the letter and the ideal of teh law though, if not then you have to weigh teh outcome of each possibility.
You are going to be gone for how long? If its less than 3 years then move your official residence to a friends house or a P.O. Box. So long as you pay your taxes in the US and deal with whatever taxes you will have to pay in.jp nobody will care. Now you will get double taxed because of this and you should set up direct deposit if you haven't but thats pretty much it. Note: This was legal when we did it back in 1988-1990 Laws may have changed, but I doubt it.
Look I love OS X Its great esecially on a dual 1ghz with 2gb of ram. Your beige wont have quartz extreme, and won't have any altvec enhancements. Basically you are looking to make yourself miserable. Now for email, word processing, surfing etc OS X works great on my Lombard 400 on teh other hand I might as well go to sleep if I want to do a decent filter in in photoshop. You will never get enough memmory to make it worth your while.
But we knew this all along after all the mice built this planet
"Mice are not, as is commonly assumed on Earth, small white squeaking animals who spend a lot of time being experimented on.
In fact, they are the protrusions into our dimension of hyper-intellegent pan-dimensional beings. These beings are in fact responsible for the creation of the Earth."
Not just Guiness but any decent beer. The sign of a good publican is a slow draw. I dont want a large head on my beer. If the idea was just to increase the speed it would have justtaken a larger nozel however from the article it states "Rob Hayward, chief executive of the British Beer and Pub Association, said: "It is an innovation which the customers will welcome because they clearly want to be served with good quality in high-volume locations. " So I have to assum eit is a good draw at higher speeds if so then this is very welcome. Now I wonder if the King's head in Sutton Valance will get one?
I used to work for that same company.. but in a restaurant I have a similar story to that myself right down the road from where the company you used to work for is now, there lies a building of unspeakable evil wherein I worked with my current roomate for several years. The two of us did teh entire Mac phone in support for the nation within the first 90 days of sale and the paid support afterwards we had one mac to work off of between us and had to enter our calls in on the PCs. Well there were 2 of us and about 80 PC techs but here is the really interesting thing He and I averages 70-80 calls a day each the other side was lucky to handle 1/3 of that each. Nationally there were about the same number of trouble calls per machine... but our calls to much less time.
And my lombard 400mhz ( aka powerbook g3 and bronze keyboard) works fine running 10.2.6 server only thing I regret is having to boot into classic to watch dvds because h/w accel was never brought over for my machines.
It was at that moment, in 1987, that I began to pour out my heart to God. Everything seemed to hit me at once. The guilt from what I did... the disgust at what I had become... late that night in my cold cell, I got down on my knees and I began to cry out to Jesus Christ.
I told Him that I was sick and tired of doing evil. I asked Jesus to forgive me for all my sins. I spent a good while on my knees praying to Him. When I got up it felt as if a very heavy but invisible chain that had been around me for so many years was broken. A peace flooded over me. I did not understand what was happening. But in my heart I just knew that my life, somehow, was going to be different."
Can't call you an apple fanboy, sorry. Its not a G5 or a G anything it does however have a personality card and actually looks like a combination of a 9500 and and old 486 server I used to have. The "processors" are 300 pin PGAs The small ram stick looks like teh cache from a 71xx-96xx PM series so what I am thinking is that the model was built from a 9500 and some embededed systems.
Jboss will likely be certified by the time panther ships "update Java creator Sun Microsystems has made an important compliance test available to JBoss Group, the latest maneuver in an ongoing tussle between the industry giant and the upstart open-source software company.

No, you have to go back further (though still within Mikimoto Haruhiko's works). Think EVE from MegaZone 23 parts I,II, IIIa and IIIb
fascist? what have I said that was facist?
And mom never told me to argue with persons such as yourself. This is what I get.

Nah, He is a changed man these days. Seems to have really figured life out and gotten himself straightened out. Proof that God can get to any of us. For those who don't know David Berkowitz aka son of sam rejected the possibility of parole in 1998 and says the following in his own words:
"One night, I was reading Psalm 34. I came upon the 6th verse, which says, "this poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him from all his troubles".
It was at that moment, in 1987, that I began to pour out my heart to God. Everything seemed to hit me at once. The guilt from what I did... the disgust at what I had become... late that night in my cold cell, I got down on my knees and I began to cry out to Jesus Christ.
