"Anyone who knows what The Onion is can not resonably be expected to believe that the use is meant to convey sponsorship or approval of its use by the government."
Especially since the government acknowledged that several members on the government staff read the Onion and have a sense of humor.
You took "in any way" out of context... Let me revise for you:
Moreover, if the US Code states that the seal "is not to be used in connection with commercial ventures or products in any way that suggests presidential support or endorsement,"
I think it's safe to say that nobody would confuse the Onion as having presidential support or endorsement.

and if you get anywhere near my girlfriend, I will shoot you.
Even though, in his September 20, 2001, address to a Joint Session of Congress, Bush remarked that "[t]he terrorists practice a fringe form of Islamic extremism that has been rejected by Muslim scholars and the vast majority of Muslim clerics -- a fringe movement that perverts the peaceful teachings of Islam."
It would seem that they go even against Bush. Also, since they start alot of their reports with bible quotes, I would say that AIM is more aligned with religious motives than conservative motives.
Usually better products come about due to competition for market, not competition to consolidate the players.
10 Companies competing to get a larger share of 300 million users will result in better products (in theory anyways).
2 Companies competiting to reduce the field of companies from 5 to 4 will result in a smaller field of companies and will have a negative result on product quality and innovation (in theory again).
1. The date and time configuration tool is not easily discoverable from the menus, and is not listed in Personal Settings.
2. Users assumed the root password request meant they had to log in as root.
3. Users wanted the click behavior of the clock applet to be similar to Windows.
# Recommendations:
1. Fix time and date settings to not require root access.
2. Add time and date settings to the Personal Settings window. 3. Make the clock applet behavior be more similar to that of the Windows taskbar clock.
Too bad the tests have such small sample sizes.
It would be good to get some big numbers on these issues, although I acknowledge that it would be very expensive.

The two party system throws off all their checks and balances that they set in place. Ergo, according to the founding fathers plans + current two party system = no checks and balances for those in power.

Count me on that list too, and I enjoyed my catholic school.
The teachers and the people were good there.
Nothing makes an intelligent person more critical of religion than actually learning about a religion.

$200,000? Wow, that might get you a little 2 bedroom ranch around here... As long as they keep the lot small.
I don't think there are any small suburbs around me that are cheaper than that. Quite a few $400,000+ neighborhoods though.
I guess in West Virginia, everything is dirt cheap.

Although to be fair, mediamatters points out obvious flaws in conservative news, while AIM releases reports which are disturbing at best.
Consider this report claiming that Islam is really about terror and world domination: http://www.aim.org/aim_report/3996_0_4_0_C/

I don't think that either organization has the resources to monitor the massive amount of crap that's out there.
The cons and libs put out too much flak.

The program used has downloads for OSX, Source, Debian and BeOS

I sure hope you like "That's So Raven".
I think the main issue is that if you don't use their client, you can't see their ads.
If they bridge their networks then you can continue to use their client and view their ads.
Yes it's true. The US forces other countries to watch our television shows.
On behalf of the American Group Happily Advancing Sinful Television, I apologize

(To be honest, as far as I know she hasn't said anything about Apple)
The business calendars might be a little odd.
My company has 53 weeks on the calendar this year.
