    It's just not OK with Sprint (ToS have been shown in the past to not actually be lagally binding) I'm sure the law has better shit to do... But then again it is the US, so my common sense Canadian knowledgebase may be lacking in Reaganomics.

    Not every single person on the planet has the ability to download until they turn blue in the face. Even when comparing a single 320kbit mp3 rip of a CD to the same done in FLAC, the megs really adds up.

    FLAC is something 1% of 1% of the population wants and demands. I'm sorry if you audiophiles are butthurt over the lack of the FLAC, go buy the CD.

    Everything other than calling it "budget" is a flat out lie. Maybe if he had talked about it 9 months ago, hadn't posted on a forum that is basically about the bleeding edge, and didn't pretend to be the first person in the world to accomplish such a feat, he wouldn't be getting shit on in every corner of the intertubes where this flaming pile of an article got posted.

    Too bad he can't claim in real life that he is the one responsible for so much hate, lest he get bitchslapped.

    My parents don't even have proper cell phone coverage at their house. One has to climb up a hill, stand on a rock and tilt into a strange configuration to maybe get a connection. Actually I find it qutie freaking awesome when I head down there to visit to not have anything other than TV as a modern distraction.

    The fact that for the past several months abosolutely no proof of anything has been put forth, either publicly or by leaking the information. This should, in any sensible person, raise red flags, alarms and klaxons galore. The whole "jumping to conclusions" bit was said and done with in the Summer.

    The point is to give a promise to the consumers that there will be DLC shortly, and make them hold on to their copies instead of reselling them, which would bring zero money to the publisher.

    Yeah, tell that to activison and EA who require people to pay to access online resources if they buy a game 2nd hand. Oh I'm sure you're not part of the evil corporate machine, but unless you claim you don't support THAT kind of business model, we can assume whatever the hell we want.

    I know I certainly get confused sometimes as to what's in Great Britain compared to the United Kingdom, so it's understandable if he gets the US and Canada mixed up.

    Yes, in fact I do have flash blocker installed and in my random wanderings of the internet, I see something along the lines of "the website has requested that the following plugin be run: Adobe flash" ON 95% of the sites I use.

    Also, these so-called "self-centered idiots" also seem to stuck in the Steve Jobs Reality Distortion Field (TM), that everyone who isn't affected by it can plainly see does in fact exist.

    Adobe v Apple is a longstanding battle about having flash work on devices that use iOS.

    Of course now I'm blowing all my karma on this issue because every single post that is made that offends all these apple users gets modded down to the square root of jack squat.

    Steve Jobs now likes flash, or finally realized that most of the internet does indeed use flash, and has succumbed to the reality of reality.

    Once again, this makes me so glad that I'm "off the grid" and just do a pay-as-I-go a couple months a year when I need a cell phone. Canada is a bit better than the US for outragous fees. Although I'm sure 99% of Roger's customers are unsastified.
