    I think the process of impeachment should be started in order for the rest of the world to start healing from the Bush regime and start respecting the American people.

    BTW: I'm a Brit living in the US and find the War Profiteering very distasteful. I would be quite happy to strongly say that I don't support the war, but support the troops there.

    You got to realise that almost all TV STBs are now using Linux, the only exceptions are the one's running MS Mediaroom (al la U-Verse). So I would suggest that it would be more than 300 million per year. AM

    After I graduated from College in 1998, I turned down a job offer to work on this project. The majority of this work, was being conducted at the Old Marconi "Opto-Electrics" devision in Edinburgh, the same plant that first implemented the TIALD system. From what I remember that was told to me not under NDA, was that it simply "burned out" the seeker head, whether it was a Radar or Heat-Seeking. A.M

    I use a Microsoft Intelli branded trackball, for normal day to day, and have a mouse also plugged in for the odd time I need a little precision. Its great using with Beryl, by just spinning the trackball to the top right corner to select an app. (Also when my wife uses the computer, she cannot control the trackball and always uses the mouse. ) A.M

    My mother was soo good at Chuckie Egg on the ZX Spectrum, she would eventually give up having accumulated countless numbers of extra lives, a scoreboard that have wrapped around several times, and two hungry kids who have had to fend for themselves for the 12 hours+ of non-stop playing on the game.

    Still, I learnt how to cook a good meal at an early age ;-)

    To gauge the number of people committed the cult GoR, look at the number of people waiting this time for Vista, at midnight at Best Buy's.

    Compare that to the number of people waiting outside stores for XP and '95.

    A diminishing cult at that.

    Halo3 three will include a variety of "Chair Weapons":
    * A Wooden Chair in which you can break and stab and lacerate people
    * A Ikea Chair in which the recipient simply throws the left over peices at any attacker
    * An Executive Leather Chair in which the attacker simply places their opponent in the chair and spins it, until the opponent passes out.
    * And the classic "Operator Chair" which is simply picked up and thrown.

    Maybe the DMV should run training courses to get a special license to allow driving-while-texting.

    The course would consist of:
    1. learning the skill of focusing one eye on road, the other on the phone.
    2. Tactile T9 operation
    3. Memorising T9 prediction databases, so you know that the word you want is three down-click
    4. Giving "The Bird" to passers by and typing with the same hand.

    Stop Press: An NRA spokesperson stated that outlawing Driving-whilst-texting is just the first step before they outlaw firing a weapon whilst driving a motor vehicle. NRA nationwide is trying to rally round support from Inner City Youth Gangs, to petition the government to stop this crazy law that will outlaw their Second Amendment Rights to perform drive by shootings. LOL
