"Listen! They broke the chalice from the palace and replaced it with the flagon with the figure of a dragon."
"Did you put the pellet with the poison in the vessel with the pestle?"
"No, the pellet with the poison is in the flagon with the dragon. The vessel with the pestle has the brew that is true."
I think depending on a regulated email system like this to prove legal timestamping is foolish. Any number of things can delay an email - would you send your taxes by email five minutes before they were due? If a late timestamp meant a fine?
Thank you for the toy RC car. To think, it only took you 4.55 billion of your years to get it to us! However, now that you have proven yourselves almost capable of inter-planetary traveling, we must send our Biker Mice to crush you like the bugs you are. Starting with Tim Burton.

C-3PO: R2 says that the chances of episodes 7-9 surviving are 725 to 1. Actually R2 has been known to make mistakes... from time to time... Oh dear...
C-3PO: Sir, the possibility of successfully extending this series is approximately 3,720 to 1!
Lucas: Never tell me the odds!
The perfect way to fool those Jehovah's Winesses!

I've got a better idea. What if we build a large wooden rabbit...
I wouldn't block my rfid, I'd steal my neighbor's. Or change it every N seconds.
