In this day and age, there are still software developers who - through no fault of their own - do not own a 50 inch Pioneer plasma.
I happen to be one of those unfortunate souls.

I don't understand the interest in this. It's just some code a person came up with. Why is decoding it so interesting? Why did Hillary climb Everest? She'll do anything to get a vote.
I don't know what Vista uses all its memory for, but KDE using less memory means Linux can use the left over memory as file system cache, as it has done for quite a few years.
Actually, I find it a bit interesting that Microsoft products tend to emphasize the ownership aspect of computer use: it's 'My Computer', 'My Music', 'My Documents', and on Server 2003 it's 'Administer your server'.
Linux and OS X don't seem so manically possessive.
But if it is dual licensed, as in this case, I can choose to use the code under the GPL. Then I'm allowed to remove the BSD license, since the GPL says nothing about that.
Isn't this what it all boils down to? I can't follow both licenses at the same time, since they are mutually exclusive.
You watch too much pr0n.
I blame Bush.
Crap trilogy, that. Read one and a half book before i gave up. :)
Iain M. Banks FTW!
There's a Uranus joke in there somewhere, but I can't be bothered...
There you are, little fella. I've been looking all over for you!
Your a grammer nazi.
You took my joke!

I was going to write a funny reply to this, but I can't remember what it was now.
Or you need to learn to only enable the features you really want before compiling ;)
Aahhh... I love the smell of car analogy in the morning.

Also, quite a few kernel devs write pretty good code.
I hereby give you an honorary virtual +5, Funny.
May I have real mod points the next time.
Sorry, Einstein says you're wrong.
Huh? Flamebait? Lay off the crack.
Holy didn't read the post carefully, Batman!

Wow, way to ruin my own joke...
Nonononono! Obviously, it's doofusii.
Heh, reminds me of an obscure fake article about *BSD dying...
