    I love how the credit agencies are fear mongering so they can sell their credit alert services. If they were really concerned about indentity theft they would allow us free acess to check our reports. Instead of making us spend $65 a year to notify us about credit changes. And BTW that $65 is for one credit agency there's two others as well. Such a scam.

    Wow Modded +5 for completely wrong info. Umm RFID are encoded with a unique number. Thats not changeable. RFID doesn't say whether not the product is cereal or jewerly. The database tells the store what that unique ID is. RFID just sends out a Unique ID. No two RFID should have the same ID.

    The problem is the commercial databases that are for sale. I'm more concerned about getting my info off these databases. I want my privacy, actually I demand my privacy.

    If you don't want IE installed on your system, don't use windows. Its a simple choice. You know how the windows explorer is pretty much an IE window? And to customize directories, its done in HTML. There's reason it can't be fully removed, because its part of the GUI.

    And your complaining about media player? Let look at the next two major media players. Real One-Spyware,Nagware. Apple QuickTime - Nagware. I'm sorry but I don't think I should have to pay for a media player. Just like I don't think I should have to pay for a browser.

    I think its more like telling people to goto the library and check out the Anarchist cook book. Since all they were links which are just really directions to information.

    You are correct, while at small local mexican resteraunt. For my friend's birthday, they sang us the song "Happy Birthday". I can guarantee you they didn't have a license. When I used to goto camp, people would bring tapes at play them outlood in the bunk houses. Obviously we were stealing music since this type of public playing of copyrighted songs is illegal. During basketball practice we would also play cds. Another copyright violation. We must stop all these violators.

    If they set the price to $0.00, then you can buy the computer, return it the next day, and when they bitch and moan about how you didn't return the XP CD, that you'll give them back the same amount they charged you for it - $0.00.

    How would software be different than bundled games that come with game consoles? Or Buy three tires get one free that all the tire places offer? I could go on forever.

    Manufactors are justing going to add this simple phrase to the computers they sell. "Free with every computer purchase: Windows XP". Loop hole closed, value of software is now $0.

    Seriously, how many IP addresses does a home user need? 1. I have 5 computers, 1 Xbox,1 PS2 sitting behind NAT and none of them need full inbound connections to net. How many IP addresses does a business need? My company is also sitting behind NAT.

    Now for webhosting, unless you need SSL there is no need for each website to have its own IP. IPv6 is great solution but currently there should be push to conserving IP addresses.

    Yeah thats makes a big difference.. Because you know its percentage that counts and not the amount given. Kinda like if luxemburg gave 2% of their GDP($20 billion) and the US gave 1%( $10.082 trillion). Luxemburg is preventing more people from starving because percentage is what counts not the actual aid amount.
