    I didn't see any squirming there. Experiments making the RNA precursors using electric sparks in a "primordial soup" were done decades ago. We're no closer to "creating" life then than now. Suppose one day we did create life, that would be life from an intelligent creator, wouldn't it?

    No, you are showing your ignorance what is wanted in the real world. Recharging a car in under 15 minutes is what is wanted, and there are fast charging systems being developed that can do that. No one wants to wait for more than an hour when taking a long trip or driving more than 200 miles in a day to recharge.

    you think that's scary, squirrels chewed through the hard plastic box a few phone poles down the block to make a nest. Rainwater then shorted out the electronics and killed the internet connection! We then went 30 hours without internet! We were in hell!

    no armed security guards at Sandy Hook. In my neighborhood which has *very little* crime at all the police patrol the schools.

    The article I read said Sandy Hook survivor harassed by "truthers" which between your ears equates to "gun nuts"...and is irrelevant anyway. Maybe you need to self-police.

    In the real human world you should prepare yourself to defend against attackers who don't respect other's body and safety. Strangely enough, those that whine about "hate speech" are usually against having the means to defend against attackers, they'd rather everyone just be a victim.

    I need my reading glasses just to see the larger fonts on my e-reader. In other words, for most paper books there will come a time when no reading glasses will be sufficient.

    A good e-reader is superior to most books for readability.
