  1. Give MS a break! on Microsoft Unveils A Designer Mouse · · Score: 1

No matter how badly you guys speak of M$, they do sometimes make a nice sleak products such as this new designer mouse. I don't think speaking badly of anything before getting to know deeply about cons & pros, we do not have rights to say if the product is good or not.

  5. As South-Korean /.'er. on North Korea's School For Hackers? · · Score: 1

As South-Korean /.'er, i think North Koreans are not going to be able to teach them cyber soldiers well. It's barely even hard for them to keep their waters or electricities running for gov't facilities... Cyberarmies won't do much good for them though since you know, there should be a lot of freedom cyber armies in the whole world who will be more than willing to help to keep this cyber world in order.

Ah, Would you like to see a Blue screen on Windows XP patched with Service Pack 1?

I am not sure if this will work under Pentium chips.
    I have Althon T-bird 1gig chip.

Anyways, to get the trick working, just leave the fan away from your cpu heat sync for about uhm.. 5 minutes then your cpu will heat up fast and then your Window will be displaying this Blue screen of Death for about uhm... a second or two and then try to reboot.

It was so worth it for me cuz i got to see blue screen of death. It was fun :)

  17. When? on How Google Grows...and Grows...and Grows · · Score: 1

When are we ever going to bother looking for alternatives for Google? Is it when Google take over the Net like M$ did over PC? I think Google already pulled the same thing M$ did. But what is the point of looking for the other searching engines? Is it just for fun? I was happy when Only yahoo and Altavista were the primary searching engines. Now, people are like Google this, Google that, Google that word up on Google. The word Google has been evern verbalized. We gotta stop promoting one searching engine just because it is the one of the best (some might think it's just the best) searching engines out there. But Google has patented their searching algorithm which is not so cool with me...

  18. Is Ozone really safe? on Ozone As Pesticide · · Score: 0

Is Ozone really safe? We are trying to bring down Ozone which is supposed to stay way way up there. I know that Ozone is good for our environment, but Isn't it just too much to produce O3 artificially just to get rid of insects? Insects, they do have their own purposes in our nature. I don't want to sound like those darn Environmentalists, but I don't think it's that good an idea to use O3 just to get rid of bugs... But still it sounds intriguing because it could replace chemicals which will do more harm to field grounds than it does goods.(like killing bugs maybe?) I say that using O3 should be carefully planned and how it could probably affect us all
