    Hours before, and all during the transit all of the live sites, especially NASA's were incredibly slow, I though they must have been slashdotted, but I even checked to see if it was advertized onk /. but I guess not until this morning. But the videos are pretty sweet, go watch them!

    This is a distributed computing project to study protein folds for things like Alzheimer's, BSE, and parkinsons, which are caused by misfolded proteins.

    They have clients for Linux, MacOS, and Windows. It can run as a console only, or as a screensaver. (Both at lowest priority)

    Opera is totally free to use, and has a small unobtrusive ad, which doesnt bother most rational people. I use it all the time. I am also a web designer.
