    if you keep the list of assigned numbers in a heap, or sorted array it would be log(n)

    thats the fastest continuous shooting camera, you'll notice it has room for 40 JPEG frames in its buffer, and it shoots at 8.3 f/s

    You could have it run and spread itself for a few days, and then delete all the files. Or delete all the files only after it infected X other computers.

    I have a fully pathched SP2, and it worked on me.. however I've disabled most of the ActiveX and other precautions because I don't use IE.

    How does the philosphy apply to services?

    Specifically if I want to create for example a photo sharing website, which involves a lot of custom code, can I still charge for the service (which includes hosting on the server that uses the software)

    The GDP element of the HDI is a proxy for access to productive resources. The USA has the highest GDP per capita of any country. (Excluding Luxembourg) However, it is striking that 16.9% of people in the USA were living below 50% of the median income between 1987 and 1998. Compare this to Norway and Sweden, where the same statistic reaches only 6.9% and 6.6% respectively.

    In the HPI-2 index, we find that the US is ranked 17th. This is an obvious indicator of income inequality. This takes much of the sheen off the USA's high GDP per capita and exposes the reality of a skewed distribution of income.

    per-capita = average = counts the top 1%

    its like an exponential function vs a linear one. Chop off the top 1% of both and then compare again.

    no, his/her sentence is correct, if you wanted to use well it would be:

    speaks English perfectly well

    as well is an adverb that should modify a verb, whereas in his sentence, good, an adjective, modifies the noun English.
