If you feel your computer is so personal, a snappy response like, hey can I borrow your toothbrush may be in order.

Quick boys, now is the time to lawyer up and attack. Like a properly planned out chess move. Can we say class action lawsuit? We either *own* the software and its our responsibility, or, we either *liscense* the software and its the developers responsibility.

Ive always learned I cant have my cake and eat it too. Why can they?

Of course we could all be evil and say, set all our phones to call forward to his business phone number or something >:->

WTF is wrong with people suing people in america?! This has to stop, everyone is suing everyone. FoxNews suing The Simpsons, the RIAA suing kids, SCO suing the world, when is the madness going to stop?

Instead of going to court, people suing eachother should have to fight to the death in a ring of fire or something, on public television.

For Mark Mulligan, an analyst with Jupiter Research, the music is weathering a hangover after the 80s and 90s boom, when everyone was buying CD versions of their old vinyl records.

Its comments like this that will make the record industry create a new recording medium, and force us all to change again.

The second page on the otherhand was a GIANT advertisement for Microsoft's .NET services. Not worth the read imho.

You cant just print off more money. The government has to have an equal ammount of gold on hand for the ammount of cash dispensed.

If 8 billion in cash is printed in a year, the government must add 8 billion in gold to their stockpile.

  8. This might work... on E-mail Tax As Way Of Preventing Spam · · Score: 1

This could work, but what if the spammers tack on the cost of the tax, and just raise the prices of their "services". Instead of going after the spammers we should be going after the companies who pay the spammers to advertise.
Fines will not help either, penalties have to be harsh. ie. Ban them from being able to do business in our market.
