i think its personal preference on the battery. I woudl rather have a pack of AAA batteries in my backpack(60+ hours of playback in a 4 pack) than take the time and recharge. I get my batteries for free to, so thats always a plus. How long does a shuffle take to charge? And are they replaceable after they die a year or two down the line?
micro plays uncompressed wavs' thats what it uses voice recorder in. And you complain about the size of the micro; and int he same sentance say that ify ou have your laptop with you, you can recharge your shuffle? How oxymoronic is that:p

I spent 110usd(shipped) on a muvo micro n200 512mb player. I got a.8g player w/ fm radio, voice recorder, line in for ripping to mp3 and a backlit screen.
Same Weight. Mine came w/ armstrap, earbuds, usb cord, line in converter(smaller form factor) and a few other things.
Which was the better buy for "your" situation considering my n200 has shuffle mode also?
I looked at the shuffle when i looked at what to buy; but its just not there. Overpriced for what you get. This is all IMO from looking the flash player market over closely about 2 months ago by the way.

i'm 20 hours in (i play in all the dialogue boxes) and have had the game crash once so far... I use 1600xwhatever w/ max everything (3000+ winni, 6800gt) the one crash was cause i alt tabbed like 20 times in 10 minutes cause i was having an irc concversation with someone while trying to play...
We need dual monitor support where u can use like a kvm still switch to change screens for gaming; it wrecks havok at times:p (and i know, i use one big stretched screne w/ bblean, but there should be a way to run 2 mon and switch between em w/ out fucking games up...)

1)Apparently you have a rather old computer, as anyone with a modern computer would have an optical mouse and thus not need a mousepad. This may explain your affinity for consoles. If you run out of room with an optical mouse, you probably just need to clear some dirty dishes of your desk.
Have you ever used a fUnc pad or similar device? Play an FPS on PC with oen for a week, then without. Its nothing more then a myth stating a mousepad isnt needed for precision with optical mice. I havnet looked into laser mice (mx1000) but I know what I do about optical:p
Thats a piss-poor way to prove your point... Thats for VALVE products only, and specifically games based on the Half-Life engine. ATI has had 2 years of performance market dominance b4 the release of the 6800 series where ati is once again competative. How old is half life? A lot more then 2 years, which is why people who played it 2+ years ago dont need to upgrade to a newer card from ATI, as their old Nvidia handle the old game fine. (I know cs:source is released and is included there, but its new to the point of not invalidating my point i believe)

its easy to know just about every little spot someone will hide in in a map. especially in a pub. And alot of people just play waaaaay too much:)
