The second set of question marks should be above the Collection of revenue. The second step is to market your services properly.
1. Don't spend money on software
2. Spend money on marketing
3. Collect Revenue for your services
4. Profit?
What do you mean it took several iterations of the iPod for the interface to become easy to use? The iPods interface has been pretty much the same throughout the history of the iPod, it's one thing apple always gets right the first time.
What I'd like to know is if anyone here has used django, a python framework. I myself am not a fan of any frameworks for web development (I value full control of everything), but I was wondering what you guys thought of the framework as some of my colleagues at work seem to talk it up a bit. What about coldfusion? I like neither, I'm a PHP man.
Shhh, or someone will make it into shareware. This appeared on digg a few days back, and started with a tutorial showing how to do this through the manipulation of some files in your System Library. A script was later released, and now this full blown GUI.
I made a one line word document with a bold word and center alignment. I save it as a.doc and it doesn't even align the text into the center. This stuff feels like Alpha to me. There is no obvious way to edit the header/footer of a document either. No good for trying to write college papers in MLA format.
...on something like Discovery Health (about 3-5 years back) where people would have a competition to see who would loose the most weight. They connected one of these to his monitor, and if he stopped peddling, the monitor would stop. I always wanted one because I know it would suit me best as I always have restless feet under my computer desk, and can never find the time to work out. Where do I sign up?
...our fire trucks are bigger than yours too. American Fire Truck. England fire truck. We have raised air-conditioned cabs that you can stand up in, Q-Sirens, Air Horns, and 1500GPM pumps.
...if it had a lightbar on top of it, and fire gear in the back. You should join the volunteer fire department in the area so that you can justify the existence of that escape.
With net neutrality, cable companies pretty much HAVE to allow it. The reason they don't want net neutrality is so that they can tax the providers using their services (i.e: Bell South can tax Vonage, Comcast can tax Apple, etc). It is a threat, and the threat is real. Vote YES to net neutrality.
...I do however, find it funny that the G4 iMac calls it's competitors silly for just stuffing the computer behind an LCD whenever that is exactly what the G5/Intel iMac did. Emphasis mine: and today's "PC-less" models, which seem to be nothing more than slightly overweight displays. I do think that all in one PC's are a "good thing" some the average user doesn't upgrade their computers insides that much anyways. The LCD screen will be seen as obsolete, small, low resolution, whatever whenever the rest of the computer in the iMac is. If you build one of those to spec and buy it, there shouldn't be much upgrading needed after that unless you want to apply a few incremental processor upgrades. I'd rather save my money and buy a whole new system than slowly tack on to an old one like I used to do.
they are consumers. Big Difference, consumers don't think about the idea of a phone company already putting this technology into a phone, they simply walk up to the man in the blue polo/blue vest, and ask him how to boost signal on his new cell phone. After that, the item is consumed by the consumer and the millionaires prosper on this generations stupidity.
...they were asking for social security number and credit card information. I forgot what they were trying to sell. I talked to someone and told them I wanted to go ahead and give them a photocopy of my social security card, and that I had to leave and couldn't do it on the phone. I also told them that I wanted to give them imprints of my credit cards to make the process easier on them. I told them I'd also give them a copy of my drivers license. At first they insisted that I just give them this information right now, but I finally got an address out of them. They were operating out of an apartment in Florida. One call to the local FBI Field Office with the information I obtained from them took care of the problem forever.
One of our departments in the county has a trunking system at like 400 Mhz or something like that. You can never hear them unless you are close to their district. Sometimes I can hear them when I'm on the Interstate, and dispatch can't hear them. Dispatch can hear me talk on my 45 Watt Mobile VHF from about 50-100 miles away if I'm lucky. I don't get the trunking system either.
With VHF (not sure on 800Mhz), we can still talk to each other if we are out of the repeaters range or area, we just can't get too far from each other. This is how that works (I'm guessing a bit here). Whenever you talk to a repeater, your radio has one freq. that talks to the repeater, and one that listens for traffic. When you go into Talkaround or OPS mode, you are simply transmitting on the channel that the repeater is transmitting on so that everyone can hear you that is within the range of your radio. I have a 5 Watt handheld radio, and a 45 Watt mobile radio in my car. If I am out of range of our departments repeater, I can switch to Talkaround, and with that 45 Watt power, I can talk to anyone within about a 3 mile radius (If I am able to hit the repeater, it is about a 20 mile radius). Dispatch's repeater can be heard and transmitted to from about 100 miles away, I am guessing that it is 100 Watt, and guessing that our departments repeater is 45 or 50. On the patching to the 800 Mhz systems, we can have central dispatch patch us in to the 800Mhz so that we can talk to each other, but it is a big mess to get dispatch to do anything for the Fire Departments around here other than tell us the numerics of the house address. This crap can get expensive and confusing. My handheld has a tendency of not working at all whenever I'm in a house that is really hot. There is nothing worse than asking for more or less pressure on a line and not getting a response when you are on the second story of a house at 200-400 degrees F.
So you are saying they should show up on the sun?
...used to support almost every mp3 player out there, not sure if the new mac version of iTunes still does.
Do you have pictures of it? I'd also like to see your desktop/setup at home, sounds "l33t" :)

...and not for newcomers. You can't fail with this though

Goffice doesn't support Safari yet, if it ever will.

I'll give it 5 minutes.
