The original article presented an exception to one of the fundamental rules of life on Earth. To survive, microbes, plants, and animals all require six essential elements: oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, sulfur, and phosphorus.

    So please answer this questions:

How many of those elements are used by the life forms found at the hydrothermal vents at the bottom of the ocean?

What is the make up of their DNA?

Oh and I must say; life does not give a shit about man made rules and how we think it should be.

It is hardly surprising this method works. It is one man has used for several millennium or more when making beer. Once yeast is pitched it will consume all or a good portion of the existing sugars. Once the alcohol content reaches a certain level or there is no more sugars left, they will go dormant. You can reactivate them by adding more sugar; there is of course a limit to the amount of additional sugar that can be added and the yeasts alcohol tolerances; some yeast strains are more tolerant of high alcohol levels than others.

While the analogy may have logic holes one thing is for sure about the Judges position; the Judge is absolutely right; an IP address is associated to a MAC address not an Individual.

I don't see how you could be modded insightful because your not. Insightful would mean you see that Apple products are perceived as high quality. Which you quickly shuffle them off to the same lower level of quality as Dell. For Apple at one time in their past that might be true. Since they switched to "commodity hardware" their quality is not in that same category. In fact it seems since that switch they now have the same quality issues as Dell and everyone else. Your "insight-fulness" is also blinded by the high dollar cost of their products versus the "cheap stuff", ie Dell and others. A $2000 product should not have such a common and mundane problem as overheating when the Apple-ologist's insist it is well worth the cash layout.
