Go to ebay type in IBM Model M in the search. buy keyboard. or search your local goodwill/Salvation army stores. I've got two, both from goodwill. like a rock.
B&N does, and doesn't. the alleged secure nature of the book, made me rather a healthy living buying and reselling the book my sophmore year of HS(1994).
Well, the "signed" bootloader would still have to be available for purchase, and there would be no reason for MS to not release a "Linux boot loader" with minimal functionality and to place a prohibitive pricetag on it to shut these guys up, and to make it necessary to modchip anyway to run a non-retail copy of the "signed linux bootloader".
Why not try what has been suggested dozens of times before, submitting a game with an embedded Linux that is easily accessible via some cheat code or combo. Obviously the game will have to be professional quality, which on the XBox means almost nothing.
try switching from sprint to Tmobile or AT&T, I have found 3 places(ever) that I couldn't get reception with AT&T, and only one of them was open air, and that was on 10 between San Antonio and Houston.
Doesn't matter really, Why can't we have technology continue to shrink and yet keep useful and functional interfaces. I don't want a thumb keyboard, I want a device with a full size keyboard that I can stuff in my pocket. Although I do like the orientation thing, where it doesn't matter where I am, it discerns and rotates. I think more important than using a phone as a lens, is figuring out how to have 1024x768 at 17 inches fit in my pocket.
And the demonstration doesn't include a sales pitch?? they demo and leave?? I'm just curious about how this might work. I would guess that if they move the sale to a customer initiated phone call after the demo, then Perhaps they might get off with the whole bit, as in Would you like a demo guy to come by. Demo guy comes by, leaves business card Guy calls Demo guy and buys item. I couldn't find anywhere on the FTC site to send questions or call with further questions... So this is just theoretical discussion anyhow.
Great now I can record music in my home, and publish it on the internet, and get sued by the RIAA for not paying them for the privilege of making music.
I think you will find that the FTC will determine that like someone "giving a survey" about buying a product with a sales pitch at the end, that the phone call is initiating a sale, and therefore prohibited, but I could be wrong. I couldn't find a place to submit this question, but this
Q: Who is covered by the National Do Not Call Registry?
A: The National Do Not Call Registry applies to any plan, program or campaign to sell goods or services through interstate phone calls. This includes telemarketers who solicit consumers, often on behalf of third party sellers. It also includes sellers who provide, offer to provide, or arrange to provide goods or services to consumers in exchange for payment.
would suggest that you are engaged in a "program or campaign" to "arrange to provide goods or services to consumers"
Actually, the chain of events goes something like this
1 IBM Purchases perpetual unix rights from AT&T for AIX.
2 IBM Develops AIX
2 IBM Develops OS/2
3 IBM Generates various parallel functionality in OS/2 and AIX beyond what SRV5 contained.
4 Unix rights go to various places from AT&T, including Novell
5 Caldera/SCO/Canopy Group acquire something regarding Unix from Novell
6 IBM and SCO create "unixware" which contains functionalities described in 3
7 IBM includes some of the functionalities from 3 and 6 in Linux
8 SCO Sues
9 ???
INT here, and I think you will find that the proof positive is distinct from the P/J distinction.
For example, before I got married, my father warned my wife about me... about that very thing, he said "He is always right" not in a judgemental, or you can't talk to him sense but exactly as you put it. INT's won't take a stand until it is carved in granite, and sometimes you know I'll have bad info, and go off on a tangent, but until I get contrary evidence... like a wall.
Then they would have to go back to Sudan or South Africa to send the message.
Well, you could run it through the dishwasher, or you could take it apart and clean it with a powerhose.

Uh when did the AC get "regulated" or "semi-banned"??? I recently(this past year) saw a copy at B&N.
Microsoft outlived this. Hmmm... How bizarre. I can't buy PC-DOS Wow...
For some exploration of this theme in a fictional realm, read The Man who sold the moon by RA Heinlein.
I think that Angelina Jolie as lara croft and Brendan Fraser in the mummy series have stepped into the role, even though they don't have the name.

Yes, BUT Larry Ellison makes money selling his software solutions.

Or you could interpret it as it would appear he meant (south-east)-Asia or India. Since we typically associate Asia with Japan, Korea, Taiwan.
