I didn't mean none of the 7,000 wouldn't pay, I am saying nobody can say for sure that ALL of them would have bought it. And I wasn't legitimizing anything.

Downloading is still not stealing. But that is another topic altogether.

No, it doesn't hurt you. Either I "preview" said film via torrent, maybe, or I don't see it at all. Now, please tell me where is the loss of sale? Oh, hurts.. well maybe that.

I wonder how can companies that sell ads to games think that those ads will do what they are supposed to be doing if players do not want those ads in the first place? I personally HATE every kind of ad there is. If I need something I get something. Simple as that. And forcing ads to games I might actually pay, I despise the idea to that way make me also pay for the ads.

I cannot even begin to understand what slim chance of thinking goes thru in-game ad seller's head that makes them think the players would like to PAY to get the ads? I know the reason for the ads is money, but it is like me wondering whether or not a bear would like to stand completely still while I aim it with a rifle.

I will either do my utmost to block ad-servers or then avoid ad-infested games altogether. Even if my only reason would be to keep me from donating money to ad-seller.

I would make ads illegal globally if I had the chance.

Mobile browsing is fine, nothing against that, but come on, it is enough trying to cope with IE and non-standard desktop-browsers, who really needs the overtime-work of just another adjustment to their sites only because of just another mobile browser?

iPhone is not here, nor there, to change anything.

  12. DSLR vs. point 'n shoot vs. SuperZooms on 10 Reasons To Buy a DSLR · · Score: 1

So far everyone has been pointing out differences between point 'n shoot and dslr cameras, but what about super zooms like Canon S3 IS? Those are not pure DSLR nor point 'n shoot cameras. I myself have been torn between Canon S3 IS and Canon 400D (and before that, 350D) for a while now, and I know that if I buy DSLR, my spending of money on that camera won't stop with the first lens. With Canon S3 IS I MIGHT be happy with it and I would know how much I would be spending in total.

I think that the 10-reasons-list is not taking into account this comparison at all.
