Just like pirating movies that havn't gotten out of theaters, etc. It's just so easy... And when put in a situation like college where every penny counts, people will do anything... The sad thing is some of the greatest moments in EVA, both funny and deep, involve a bit of nudity and adult topics... For example, the time Shinji walks in on Rei, or on the ep where he's dreaming and you get to see the chicks topless, talking to him... It's sad... But we should at least wait and see before sending in hate mail.

I thought anime was nothing like Disney.... But I guess it is: They both love to kill off parents.

It's interesting that none of the characters have mothers. I had never really thought of it that way. Maybe that explains why they're so messed up.

But then again, Toji and Kensuke are somewhat normal.... Aside from Toji being a bit bullyish, and Kensuke being a total war nerd... One of the most interesting characters, though, imoho, is Ritsuko. You just gotta wonder about her, and her geeky nature...

I wonder if Eva will bomb, perhaps, because it's so deep, as far as character development. There's Shinji, who's got 'hedgehog's predicament' and an absent father complex, and is weak and lets himself get bullied around, the aloof and devoid Rei, the emotionally supressive bully Asuka... the slutty yet emotionally fux0red drunk, Misato, Risuko, the geeky supressed girl, Koji the manwhore, Gendo Ikari, the absent father figure who would ignore his own son, Kensuke the neurotic war technology nerd with no mom, Toji the gentle giant/avenging knight, the 5th pilot, what's his name... the angel.... Yeah.

Take that Mihoshi, Sailor Moon, and Goku! Toonami just got a lot more philisophical...

I'm still worried that the deep philisophical nature of EVA could hurt toonami and make them loose ratings... But on the other side, there is a lot of nice pleasant violence!

Still, the prospects of being able to implant these genes into animals and get human like results are probably pretty bad, due to the smaller brain size and chemistry. The thing is this gene could have released something that would have been deadly to some but safe for another. (and those who survived passed on the gene, the rest is evolution)

I wonder if dolphins or any other large intellegent animals have this?

Back to evolution, these days I think evolution is not likely to happen. Perhaps we must speed it up for ourselves. (Resistance is futile...)

But back to the topic, all this shows is that there is a gene for creativity and social nature, etc. So, does that mean creative (right brained, right?) people are superior?
