Power calculations is exactly why my latest home-built router uses an low-power mother board with an Atom CPU rather than something more power hungry. Not as efficient as some other options like this SOC, but it's still x86 so I had more options on Linux distros. In the end it was personal preference, tho.
Driving a car is not protected by the Bill of Rights. I have no problem with requiring drivers licenses and registration on cars, but if an amendment to the Bill of Rights said I have an unalienable right to drive a car then those regulations would be limiting my rights and would be unconstitutional. The Bill of Rights trumps all other laws and regulations, period.
What he said. They sue people distributing their code without source. For instance, Linksys routers. If it wasn't for them standing up for their copyright and the GPL we wouldn't have all the nice alternate firmwares like DD-WRT, Tomato, etc. I've never hear of Busybox ever suing an end user.
Yes. My dovecot server is configured with a Class 1 from STARTSSL and Gmail is happy with it. You just have to remember to use the "Server Certificate Bundle with CRLs" provided by STARTSSL in the ssl_ca option so that the chain to CA is complete.
Well with politicians there is always at least the option of a write in, so you can really pick who is best for the job. He/She may not win, but that's not the point.
Zork Duke Nukem/Duke 3D Scroched Earth Soul Calebure (SP?) UT Warcraft II Bubble Bobble? (Not sure if thats the right name, the game that Snood is based on) Area 51 and the other game its bundled with often.
I don't buy any cds that give profit to the RIAA. So that leaves me with buying from used cd stores, buying online, and buying special cd like the KISS Buzz Band collection where all the profit goes to a charity or some other organization. The buzz band cd is a colection of rock music and all of its profit goes to the Hispanic Scolorship Fund.
sure we can boycott them. If everyone holds out and the riaa looses enough money they will either get the picture and stop or they will go bankrupt. And what good are they when they are bankrupt?
Seems like they are trying to get pain twice for one cd. I mean if someone wants to get rid of a cd the rightfully paid for they should be allowed to sell it. They will no longer have it to listen to. And the new owner now posses the same cd that the original owner had, but now doesn't have. Why should the new owner have to pay for a brand new cd and give the record company more money if the two owners of the cd will never own it at the same time?
sorry if i sound confusing, i'm just venting
I doubt that everything was destroyed or covered with dust, but who knows untill we look? And if we find, say, a lower module you can't say that it wasn't put there because of human activity.
We have to look and see. We may find jusk, we may find something. Only way to find out is to actually point that thing up there and search the surface.

Torchlight had a Linux version in the last Humble Indie Bundle. Not sure if you can get the Linux installer for it elsewhere, though.
Not sure if that was a joke or not, but Steam on Linux's beta already has 27 games, TF2 being one of them. Full list: http://store.steampowered.com/search/?snr=1_4_4__12&term=linux#os=linux&advanced=0&sort_order=ASC&page=1
It already runs on Linux (Android), and in HTML 5 on G+ Games :-P

They are all terrible in one way or another. In the end it's going to be who sucks the least.

exactly my though, just i worded it different in my post. that is actually a clearer way of saying it
but you can't prove that these cds were ripped. if they were not it should be legitimate to sell them to a cd trade store.

Burt did, in fact, meet with Osama bin Laden.
Not only that, but giant Rabbits are real, fat cats can really fly, donkeys really do wear jetpacks , and yes, all your base really does belong to us.
The moon does rotate. It rotates at a rate that, put togehter with the rate it orbits the earth, makes the same side always face the earth.

So I should compeletly ignore anyone with a different opinion than mine? Don't you think that is a bit egotistical?
forgot to ad that to the end.
How can you take a side of an argument without listening to the arguments of both sides?
I see this all too often. Nobody has an open mind anymore. Seems like people imidiatly assume anything that the government says.
You're just ignorant of the facts.
You don't know what facts he knows or doesn't know, so don't assume he is ignorant to them. He just mearly stated that he isn't convinced by them.
So you don't trust ANY U.S. scientist? They are ALL in on the conspiracy? Can you not see how childish that is?
He didn't say that either. He said he just wanted verification from someone else. It's called a second opinion.
Open your mind a little and listen to what others have to say. Don't imidiatly dimiss something you don't agree with.
