Regrettably every public notice received by email would have to be done individually with that method.

How might a neophyte, novice type user set up an archive of public notices of boston city council committees hearings emailed around in microsoft word.doc format ?... City councilors will not send plain text ascii. Would there be something that would automatically convert or put up a public web archive of the public notices?... without having to install software or learn to program anything.
Why would the player not work for the sound archives?... of Boston Public Library at http://www.bpl.org/soundarchives BPL personnel are adamant about any difficulties being at the users' end rather than difficulties of the player software. It does not represent good customer services practices to put the burden on users! It's always a good idea to offer an alternate player just in case users would have difficulties with one of the choices.
