There are many different types of folks who do the low-carb diet. What works for one group will not work for another.
The ones that annoys me the most is the low-carb, high fat vocal group. The ones, who when you're feeling low will suggest, more fat, more fat la de da.
You then notice that these are not fat people trying to lose weight, but people who are already slim and trying to maintain/build muscle mass, not one who are obese and trying to lose weight.
If you're 160Kg and trying to lose weight you need to do low-carb without adding EXTRA fats, if you're 75kg, it may be ok to do low-carb and add extra fats, you cannot expect the 160kg obese person to lose weight by adding a lot of extra fat which, in all likelihood will take them above the weightloss calorie count
no, no not the fact that they are going to power so much schools and equipment with solar power but that somehow they are using the technology in the UK
its well known that we dont have enough sun, even when we pray at stonehenge
I have a Celeron 333mhz, 384mb 133 sd-ram, 120gb 7200rpm hdd, 4mb ati rage pro turbo, yamaha ds-xg, 10-100base ethernet
this machine runs windows 2000 pro and is used as a router, file server, web server, ftp server and is used for everything from graphics to video editing, it can be slow sometimes but most of time its perfect.
the only thing it wont do is use games but since i use another for games it doesnt matter. Its sort of used as a guest computer so that anyone visiting can browse the net or catch up on work if they are staying overnight.
if you want wordprocessing, simple games etc... an Acorn A3000 @ 8mhz with 4mb ram and no hdd works surprisingly well

Turn the windows firewall on before you connect to the internet, it only stops incoming connections unfortunately so it will stop you from getting infected whilst you get the updates from the microsoft site. Turn the firewall off afterwards if you want to install another one.
Other than allowing all programs outgoing access the firewall that comes with windows is really simple and easy to use
at BT we are advised that if a customer has less than 28000bps connection then we should put them in for an overnight gain increase
if the gain increase does nothing we offer the customer an engineer out to check the line from the pole to their house, their sockets, junctionboxes and the rest
BT still use System X, System Y and UXD5B exchanges.
System X (digital) is the newest, has most available select services - call barring, divert and so on - supports ADSL
System Y (digital) is the second newest, has a lot of available select services - call barring, divert and so on but certain select services have different configuration options - supports ADSL
UXD5B (analogue) is the oldest still in use on the Public BT Network, customers cannot get diverts put on when their line is broken with this kind of exchange, a lot of select services arent available. - does not support ADSL
Its 4.15pm and i am off to work, call 151 and maybe ill chat to you - 151 BT faults
This seems familiar, when saga lowered their dreamcast to 99 it spelled the end could this be the same for microsoft?
They announce the Xbox2 but i dont believe it will come out.
Microsoft does a good job they just need to make more secure operating systems and forget about hardware IMO
This is a good sign, i hope this is just the beginning of many improvements to microsoft operating systems:)
slowly but surely microsoft are improving their products

Plus British people are less in fear of these sorts of things.

There should be a choice whether the student wants to learn about religion, patriotism or politics.
I am in the UK by the way and if I were in America I would want to learn about the American Revolution because it is history.
The sooner we get an education system which does not teach religion or political or patriotic based material the better.

Harry Potter - encourages children to take drugs, mainly pot
Wheres Waldo - Encourages Stalking
and as for "how to eat fried worms" this obviously encourages animal cruelty
I wondere if these worms can actually live inside live whales, what about the potential for transmition to human carcasses.
These worms may lead to more cures for leukaemia and FOP (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva) a rare genetic disorder in which muscle turns to bone

If you would like to see one of these plants there is One in the Winter Gardens, Aberdeen, Scotland. It blooms about once every 9 years.
but that would use up unnecessary clock cycles which could be used for faster "w00" processing
