Firefox still has major performance bugs affecting the display of Flash
You do understand that the Mozilla Foundation has no control over Macromedia's Flash Plugin, yes? So, if there's a problem with Flash support, blame Macromedia and their proprietary solution.
Jabber allows you to access, at the same time, other accounts via the Jabber account. In practical terms, that means you can still use all your MSN, ICQ or AOL accounts inside the (rumored) Google Jabber account. So that means people will have nothing to lose if they choose to use Google's (rumored) IM service.
Does that mean anything to those of us using free software graphics drivers?
It depends on what graphics card you have. My ATI Radeon 9200 has great 3D support with Free drivers, for example. If you don't have good Free drivers and you can't/don't want to use proprietary drivers, you don't have to use all the bells & whistles that GTK+ 2.8 allows you to have.
i live in portugal, you can change your network without changing numbers, and when you try do dial a number wich is not the operator's default, you get a message stating that the number is not from that network.
they wouldn't try to acess MY computer, because i am no-one. but imagine someone with valuable data on his computer, data that macro$hit wants...
think, man, think!
Why Mozz? It's Mozilla, not Mozzilla.
I believe It's Red Hat. I was announced on Slashdot a few weeks ago, iirc.

"Danger, Will Robinson!"
Go with Autopackage. It was created for this sort of thing.

Cookies are delicious delicacies.
It should be said that the quality of that version of StarOffice isn't what we can have now with OpenOffice.org or the new StarOffice.
iIpod, of course.
Initially, X.Org was just a fork of Xfree86, but no more. Good "under the hood" work has been done recently in the X.Org field.
You're a troll.
Mozilla Firefox!
Gnomemeeting already played very nice with Microsoft's Netmeeting, present in almost every Windows box, sound and video included.

Mozilla FireFox is distributed under a triple-license: MPL, GPL and LGPL. So, it is already GPLed software.
I think that will never happen. Apple is like Microsoft in disguise. Why did they chose a *BSD kernel? So that they can close it whenever they want.
Apple just pretends to be friend of Open-Source. They're not friends of Free Software, though.
Emacs
Which is better... Gnome or KDE?
GNOME
Should I get a PC or a Macintosh?
Macintosh
Should I have voted for Bush or Kerry?
Kerry
Who's cooler: pirate or ninja?
Ninja, of course
