brrzzt! wrong!
You're looking at the HEAD branch, where all the development is going on.
Nobody cares to translate that because messages can change until they are "freezed" in the developement cycle.
Try this: http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/KDE_3_2_BRANCH/index.php
There you can find Chinese translated at an 85% and Japanese over 90%, the languages you mentioned.
In fact 23 languages are over 85% completed which is impressive for a non-paid project considering there are 61000 messages for each language to translate, the tiny marketshare, and the relatively few speakers of some of the translated languages.
In page 12 she shows a radiation display at the city 4km from reactor, it says 81.6 but the scale is in russian characters, the text says "microroengen per hour"
A thread attached to a corner of every plastic sheet running diagonally to the opposite corner and an electric motor that activates when the sheet is dirty.
Stack 10 sheets of this and voila, lifetime of the rover multiplied x10.
Since when is it Microsoft's job to provide drivers for a competing operating system?
Not the drivers, the specification...
oh wait, that would go against their monopolistic principles, nevermind.
I know that was meant as a joke, but I can't wait until the day when we have rovers or people up on Mars who can go check out some of these things.
I'd really like to see what the Viking landers look like after all this time.
Well... we have some nice satellites up our heads which can make amazingly high resolution photos of our planet surface.
We could send one to Mars orbit and have a peek at all that probes. Or even make a huge detailed map.
In fact the european satellite actually there could have had such abilities.
Kazaalite doesnt have the adware or banners. No adware= less money for Sharman.
But less users on the network = less content = less attractive network = less Kazaa(non-lite) users.
See it from a bussines perspective:
1.- They produce software
2.- They package it, cost: $1mil
3.- Sell that for $1bn retail. That covers all costs and makes huge profits (yes, this is the conventional Profit! step)
4.- Make $1mil more worth of copies of that software, send them as a *gift* to 3rd world countries. That's good publicity here and publicity for future profit from that 3rd world countries (this is the Even more Profit! step)
Now, what's the cost of the software given?
It could be argued it's a _negative_ cost form a PR perspective...

Dunno if that's accurate...
IIRC previous version of Flash (5?) was running almost properly under WINE.
Dunno if much changed in MX, but i guess it's not a lot of work for Macromedia.
Yea, well, but i suppose accumulated dust attenuates way more light than a few thin plastic sheets, no?
;)
And i know what i'm talkin' bout coz i park my car outside and never clean it

For an easy solution see: helmets of Formula One drivers.
Why do you need the big x86 processors? Is the robot going to be able to have complex thinking algorithms?
Voice recognition to issue orders would be cool, and that eats CPU.
Tell me - *exactly* when does a "human embryo" become a "human"?
When it has developed a brain.
When it's sensitive.
Performing _only_ cellular division is not what defines a human.
Does your late-term abortion subject had a brain? yes? then it's a human.
Not only these computers have been _used_ for 6 months, they've been _intensively used_ there is no much time for idle cycles in a supercomputer.
Is like buying a car, using it for 6 months, running 23.9 hours every day and trying to sell it back with a 7.5% discount over store price.
scam.
Human embryos != Humans
And looks like it will prevail for years too:
"Bill Gates' Social Security Number is 539-60-5125 (leaked in 1995)"
source: here, thanks google
Look at the different outputs in page 2 of the license generator:
:P
- Human readable
- Lawyer readable
- Machine readable
Good to know lawyers aren't humans, i was starting to worry
Something about the Contiki Operating System and Desktop Enviroment IIRC
8bit consoles: 0 - Slashdot: 1
but... but... i thought it couldn't be made in earth
were this "scientifics" abducted?

Why don't we have NTFS support yet though?
Ask Microsoft.
mmmmmm beer

No, sueing KazaaLite users is bad for the network. Less users=>Less money
On the other hand, sueing the sh*theads who are scaring their users with lawsuits is good for the network. Less scared users=>More users=>More money
Not a Linux problem methinks, but a bootloader one.
Or does Linux PANICs or refuses to boot if it doesn't find a floppy???

Well... that thing is controlled by a computer, right?
Send the reset sequence and all will work properly.
Unless it has been infected with the beagle2 virus...
They bought the "10 lawsuits for the price of 9" pack from their lawyers
They must think it's like Nigeria and The Nigerian Scam.
It works better abroad.
