Sorry, I don't buy into that argument. Criticisms are leveled against Wikipedia all the time, and they don't seem to care. The only person I can see who would be affected by this is Tim Starling. If you ask me, you're choosing to remain anonymous because your Slashdot username is the same as your Wikipedia username, and you're a vandal who just got blocked.

Exactly. Which begs the question: why didn't you make an issue of it then rather than now, over a year after the fact? It doesn't matter now, because every account on that list has probably had a password change. People who bring up things from so long ago generally have an axe to grind.
As an American high school student, I can say that our system is radically different from yours. For one thing, school staff has absolutely no authority outside the building. If I see the principal in the mall, I could flip him the bird without fear of reprisal (unless my parents are nearby). Not that it would be a wise move, but it's entirely possible.
Also, students are almost always given the opportunity to defend themselves before taking any punishment. Usually, unless the action will go on the record, it isn't worth it (minor misbehaviour doesn't usually result in detention or anything).
However, talking back to the staff can easily result in discplinary action. Also, note that this is my experience, and your experience may differ.
All such laws do is stopping kids from buying it themselves.
And not even that, because they can just get the games the same way they get booze and cigarretes, or get into R-rated movies - pay someone else to do it. Or even buy pirated games, just like kids buy bootlegged movies from the guy on the street corner.

Seems that if this was to be a story, it should have been posted here (and there) oh, about a year ago. The debate's over now. The OP is just beating a dead horse. I would also like to add a bit of supporting history to your argument. Remember the Saturn? Sega saw what Sony was doing, paniced[sp?], and pushed ahead the Saturn's release by six months. So, what they ended up with was an expensive console that was hard to develop for and that had no launch games at all (IIRC), and a complete marketing failure. Sony, meanwhile, stood back and watched the carnage. They had time to learn from Sega's dismal failures.
Of course, Sega had other problems, namely internal politics. I'm sure that Sonic X-treme could have been the coup that Sega needed to take the US, but Yuji Naka crushed that possibility.
Interestingly, if you consider the consequences of this turn of events, then Stalin would've probably had the whole Europe for 50 years, instead of just Eastern Europe, but the rest of the history wouldn't change all that much.
Not exactly true. In this scenario, the Cold War wouldn't have been nearly as tense, because there wouldn't have been a West Berlin. The Soviets would have controlled the whole of Germany. The blockade of West Berlin and the construction of the Berlin Wall wouldn't have happened. The balance of power would be tipped in the favor of the Soviets, at least for the first few decades. They may have even gotten the bomb faster then they did, because they'd have access to scientists and research facilities in West Germany.
Actually, that may have made it more tense. But that's still different. So there. =P

I beleive it's shift-U with the unit type to upgrade selected and in a city with a Barracks. All other units of the same type that can be upgraded will be. Note that if you don't have enough money to upgrade them all, it won't work. You can upgrade units en masse through the Military Advisor's screen.
