Having worked with DYFS in the past this is complete bullshit. One of DYFS biggest problems is that they go through so much to investigate a case that it could be too late by the time they gather enough evidence. If a cop and a DYFS worker are showing up at your door, then they have enough evidence from multiple sources to prove that the child is in danger in your home. Every child investigated pretty much has their teachers, religious leaders, and neighbors involved on top of the child themselves being watched, and if any multiple of them feel that the child is in danger, they are getting pulled.

My father in a "good" district got a black eye by a kid who swung a 2x4 at another kid and he stepped into it to block it. If either of them had swung back, they would have been fired, yet the kids got a weeks suspension and thats it. Both my parents are considered "good" teachers reading what their students have said about them on rate my teacher, infact apparently my dads kids love him, so they are in no way "mean"
The fact is kids arnt punished enough in schools these days. All treating kids with respect has done is let them walk all over people because their parents dont know the first thing about punishing a kid for bad behavior, so they learn that there is no such thing AS punishment until its too late. I myself had to be escorted to a school for a into to education course once because the violence around the school was so bad. Not by adults mind you, but by the KIDS.
I wholeheartedly agree students should be videotaped all day. That way every time one tries to sue a teacher they can be shown to be the punks and fuckups they are. I also feel that anytime a student does something outragiously wrong like strikes a teacher, not only should they be expelled, but the teacher shoudl be allowed to sue their parents for being a fuckup as well.
If you listen to the tape, after the first incident he stopped resisting, the cops on the otherhand continued to tazer him because he wouldnt (in their eyes) get up despite police protocol being very clear that it can take 10 - 15 minutes for a suspect to get over being tazered.
The second time was questionable, the third fourth and fifth equals them going after him and attacking him. Add in more than one witness being threatened by the cops for filming and or asking their badge number (which by law every cop in the entire country MUST do regardless of who they are and whatever the officers claim)and its quite clear the officers where untrained in a potential riot situation, or where out for blood after the students started questioning their motives and thought that the easiest way to scare of the gathering crowd of 40-60 people would be to torture the suspect in front of them.
Fortunately for all involved all three officers are likely losing their jobs as well as their chief and the intern chancellor for starters.

Hell with network installers I can even tell it the drive to install to so I can have a 3 drive setup and know that my installer is ONLY working on the one I named.
I have high doubts he has ever played with OS X. He didnt even get OS Xs install setup right. Its probably the easiest install setup of any OS out there and has remained pretty much unchanged since OS 8
