And lets be honest here SE has only released one game for the PS2 really in the FF series, and while good, im sad to say it just doesnt hold up to their old efforts and Im not even going to get into the Magical Girl Transformation mess known as X2.
also the big one..... FFXI is run using SEs Playonline system (as is 3 other SE games and Everquest which SoE uses Playonline to netowrk in Japan) IF Revolution is supposed to be as free as Sony is with their online stuff, given Sony and SEs recent falling outs over the HD fiasco and other things I could see them eyeing a switch back to Nintendo.
Actually at first there was mention not only would it be released on the PSP but it would ONLY be on the PSP. Obviously with the lackluster sales of it (and the fact that SE went out of its way to poll customers about FFVII AC and asked would they buy it on the PSP) told SE it wasnt a smart move even if Sony would have loved it.

Funny but it seems hes just unwilling to admit that apple did more for KHTML in the 2 years they have worked with them than KHTML did in the many years prior which honestly is understandable because Apple has paid workers who code while the open source communtiy has people who while great at what they do DO take their sweet ass time because they have that amazing thing called a life.
nothing wrong with that IMHO but lets not use it as a tool to bash the people who are probably the biggest contributers to KHTML
Its hard enough to get a decent cellphone that IS A CELLPHONE. Unless they could make a good cellphone that has say the capacity of a iPod Shuffle without having the cellphone it's self EAT the capactiy but leave it just for my music, and still have a 20 hour battery charge and good reception and play back music clear, then its pointless..
maybe eventually, but its likely Apple will be the one who developes it. Hell as it is RIGHT NOW Apples cellphone with Motorola is on hold cause they cant do that well.... Gates really does love to hit that pipe still huh?
maybe, but by this time Sony had swamped both them and Sega with the Playstation, maybe not as BIG as failure as Dreamcast was, but it was still a dissapointment.
do they put out more monitors with drop pixles and expect them to be returned with complaints (which happens even now with the 3-4 per 100 that do make it through)
OR do they cut their losses produce what panels they can and recycle the rest.
so really its not so much a crock as much as good buisness sense, better to charge more now then pay later.
Oh I agree Diablo II was great, but it just isnt along the same vein as a MMORPG. MMORPGs where never supposed to be quick, they are like playing D&D on a grand scale. D&D is NOT a quick game.
You lose the sense of being the game with this new crop, instead of playing the game. I mean what use is getting to lvl 60 and getting the uber gear if everyone else is there too?
hrmmm it might be just me but as a long time MMORPGer the idea that its like Diablo II upsets me greatly.
Its the same reason im not thrilled with WoW, it just seems people like these games more FOR the fact they are dumbed down for the masses than anything else. There is just not challenge in any of it.
given that TigerDirect couldnt possibly win given they are a store and Apple is putting out a OS and both are either trademarked as such or the trademark is pending, I highly doubt 4 is up there and if it was good for Apple for saying no.
TigerDirect DOESNT HAVE A CASE... its that simple. Even Apple records had a better case than TD has.
the files are only as large as you make them (you CAN make them smaller, I used to all the time, people never pay with settings anymore though) also.PDF is VERY portable with a ability to read them on just about everything out there including phones and PDAs as long as you take the time to load a reader. and you dont have to USE javascript infact i have yet to see a document out there that does use the javascript portions of PDF files.
so it seems your only problem with.pdf are people who dont take the time to look at what they are saving and people who dont take the time to load a viewer on their machine.....
thus your only problems with PDF seem to be people. I doubt microsoft can change people though im sure if someone does Billy boy would be the first person to rip off that technology too.
likewise does he realize that for the most part the TV mini was utter and complete garbage and was barely watchable compaired to the book and radio show (all three versions of it)
From the review done by one of DNAs closest companions, he said it was exactly how he would have wanted it.
from what I have seen, its the fanboys who have the problems with the movie, but the people who where close to or involved with the guide and Adams at some point in their lives who feel the movie is just right.
This comming from a AC which is a waste of a poster in many peoples eyes ^_~
The fact is though there is a LOT to back up the claim china is doing a DDOS attack on Japan, likewise this is NOT a unheardof stratagy from them. like I said they did it to us a few years back and in the end after months of investigating we KNEW it was them.
you can go on beleiveing the sky is brown for all I care, the fact that you cant see the lines connecting the dots doesnt mean that the lines and the dots arnt there. If this story was such a waste, why dont you start your own slashdot like site where only storys YOU like are posted.
I bring this exact thing up in the DOS story and people trash me as some fanboy who blames everything wrong on china and now it gets front page news that I might have been right!!!
Regardless of which its still ongoing and its still not just FFXI but other Japanese sites. It was a government mandated hacking the last time China used it against us in the Bosnian conflict, it wouldnt be a surprise if its a government mandated attack this time either. China is VERY smart when it comes to using technology to its advantage.
maybe because it took them years to come up with a shitty article, not totally ignoring Apple?
Its CNET you just nod your head, smile and go read some real (IE not payed off by Microsoft) tech news. CNET is like the Fox news of the tech world, sept unlike CNET, Fox actually does report real news occasionally.
It is thought to be very likely that this is one of Chinas responces to the recent hostility to Japan. Given that supposedly a lot of Japanese websites are getting hit, and this is a technique that China has used on the past against the US when we bombed their embassy accidentally I wouldnt be shocked at all if they where behind the DoS attacks on a lot of Japans websites.
I mean honestly what better way to fuck with japan than to screw around with their biggest exported MMORPG who has subscribers around the world. Sure it seems silly to us but to Square who's been scrambling for weeks now to block whos doing it only to get attacked day after day hour after hour its costing them a fortune. And thats all china was after when they did it to US sites, making us spend a lot of money to fix things not really take it down for good.
How so? Shes a moron if she thinks shes going to win, our TOS clearly says they can release your info to law enforcment at any time if they think your violated the law... most likly to prevent kiddy touchers from spreading pron, but in this case still verry valid for people breaking copyright law.
Shes going to lose quite honestly, there is nothing she can do about it, and likely shes going to be paying a heft fee for simply not reading a peice of paper before she wanted that Duran Duran song illegaly
So you think we need to stop the phone companies publishing people's addresses and phone numbers in their phone books?
Um for years you could do this, you dont need to be listed in a phone book at all.
What about the county courthouse, they have your warranty deeds and trustee deeds on file with your addresses on those as well. Do we make the Register of Deeds an armed guard making sure no one can read the _public_ information stored in the warranty and trustees deed books?
Most places make it very hard for you to just go look, you have to have a reason to look at this stuff so again not a valid argument compaired to joe blogger saying so and so is a rapist at so and so address and the truth being far from it.
Unfortunatly its very hard to prevent a blogger from posting false information as I found out with a situation on Live Journal where a stalker was posting false info and Live Journal required a court order to get it removed. Really having went through a situation which in the normal. world would easily been solved I can very strongly agree that bloggers have far too powerful a ability to ruin a persons life for no other reason than to be selfish
yeah from the look of it he found the bud then traced it back OS by OS till he figured out NeXT had the bug as well. It doesnt seem that Apple or even NeXT knew about the bug ever.
none of the specialty stores period in my area have sold out, and I live in the NY tri state area. Early adopters or not the PSP is not the "hot" thing that people are trying to make it out to be. All reports indicate (as do the few friends of mine who did buy it) the games are decent but not mindblowing, the DVD setup sucks, and the mp3 player leaves a lot to be desired. And lets not get started on the two major flaws of the design which render one of the units my friend bought unusable (control pad wouldnt work right at all, couldnt get the right direction to work)
I have a feeling in the next month your going to see the sales of the next 400k, not next week next month, and then sales will slow even more unless they can get something out to spur the common buy to pick one up. Nintendo might not have sold as many as the PSP, but then they still had 2 different versions of the old system they where selling too. like I said 600k units is good, but against the Gameboy which has a multimillion user base, its a drop in the bucket.
600,000 units is a force? I mean its not bad and Im sure Nokia WISHES they had sold 600,000 but a force? They havent even sold all their stock yet o_O. Give it till E3 before I even think about calling the PSP a ripple let alone a force.
Also I would love to see how many of these users own a DS too.

Applefritter has a hack where a guy took the motherboard out of a iMac and mounted it into a case.
They even have whole webites dedicated to exposing boters and gilbuyers and sellers.

you do realize that for all the hoopla over BSG Enterprise still beats it in the ratings.
We'll see, but Ill tell you right now my money is on Nintendo still.
