but then again does he/she wants to find freelance php programmers for doing projects or he/she is looking for marketplaces or tutorials ?

Actually it may work, but what happens to the update.
Getting the source code sounds fun but it normally drives up the development cost to learn someone else code rather than code from scratch.
There is a thought provoking article here. The game here really isn't about saving costs but to speed innovation and generate growth for the company

Yes ads which are non obtrusive are ok I really would like to see obtrusive ads vanish from the face of the internet.
spam should be avoided. Spammers continue to thrive ONLY because there are people who believe these spams and scams and lose money.
