The word you were searching for is "intact". It's one word, not two.
And I'm sure that it is. They are also not offline, as my buddy with a plain home connection is still chatting with me, so they obviously aren't feeling too hurt by it.
Gameboy's are monochrome. They didn't display color... the one you're talking about is either a Gameboy Color or a GBA, neither of which is this article about
Are you trolling, a shill or stupid? Because there's nothing in ODF that is OpenOffice.org specific, but OOXML has many instances of "WrapLikeWord95" or similar intentional bugs (PDF link) peppered throughout their 6000 pages of tripe. Have you not been paying attention?
Really? I actually switched TO T-Mobile from Verizon specifically because T-Mobile didn't do that bullshit locking down the phone's features, crappy hacked firmware, etc. My Blackberry 8800 has full access to the GPS, everything, and my buddy's 8830 doesn't. Almost identical phones, and since he uses Verizon, his is locked down.
It may be different elsewhere, but in the US, T-Mobile is a pretty good carrier.
Ars Technica. They aren't pure hardware review, but they do a good job and have much more insightful articles. Really, the difference between a Mac and a PC any more is the operating system and the fit and finish. The only reason to use a Mac is if you need/want OSX. Not a bad reason to use it, but that's the main differentiator between Macs and PC's. That, and design. Macs tend to have a certain spartan, minimalist yet functional design that appeals to a lot of people. It fits with their Ikea furniture;)
Tom's Hardware has good Charts section, too. It'll let you fairly easily compare different bits of hardware, and get the best bang for your buck with configurations, let you see if it's really worth the extra $300 to get the faster CPU and so on.
The only reason I might consider water cooling is to make the machine quieter. Especially for media centers and such, I'd rather pipe the heat to a massive heatsink with a big, slow, quiet fan than have the number of fans I have in there now. I just haven't seen a good solution yet for my machine, and I don't have the cash to drop on it.
Except not at all. CD's separate light into various wavelengths more like a prism, and don't absorb hardly any. Butterfly wings on the other hand, absorb a lot of light, and only reflect certain wavelengths, creating the solid colors.
If it teaches all the other 6 year olds to not be little shits, yes. People are sorely lacking the realization that they CANNOT control everything, they can only control their own actions, and need to be held responsible for their own actions sometimes.
Because not all apps and double-clicks require administrative privileges? It's like you people have opinions on shit you don't even spend 30 seconds to think about.
I've got two things to tell you about open-mindedness (and religion):
"People are very open-minded about new things - as long as they're exactly like the old ones." - Charles F. Kettering
"Don't be so open-minded your brains fall out" - Unknown
Atheists don't like religion because religion tells us what to do without giving us a reason other than "Because I/the Book told you so." Which, if you've ever been or had a child, you would know is not a very good argument.
Most atheists I know are more "christian" in their behavior and values than any Christian I have ever met. Mostly because they've actually thought about WHY they do what they do, rather than have it handed down from some ancient book of myths.
Besides, you don't get to define "Christian". If you accept Jesus as your savior and lord, you are a Christian. Period, end of story. He's that "Christ" part of "Christian". Just because you don't WANT to be associated with Jack Thompson doesn't mean that you aren't. Saying otherwise is complete hypocrisy.
Did you even read your links? Your "certain" link has a redaction at the end of the article, stating that the quotes were taken out of context. And it seems like the "parts" link is nothing more than defining some secular laws that happen to go against some of the more barbaric and sexist religious practices. I'm not going to go through the other links... you need to check your sources before you go shooting off at the mouth.
Viagra was actually originally developed to help combat high blood pressure, and they ended up discovering it wasn't really good at that, but it gave a lot of the test subjects boners. So, they gave it to the marketing department and you've got what we've got today. It wasn't that they were TRYING to fix erectile dysfunction... they were trying to fix something that was actually dangerous, and happened to stumble upon a way to make some people's lives better. Is that such a horrible thing? (if you ignore the overdiagnosis and overprescription of it)
If you want a cheap laptop that still performs like the hardware should, you should look at Ubuntu. Dell sells it, and 7.10 is officially supported now.
Check how many Eee's that Asus has shipped versus the number of "normal" PC's that they've shipped, complete with Vista, etc. Asus has a good thing going, but they aren't completely free of Vista's grip with just one little 7" screen computer.
The job of the operating system is to run other programs, and provide access to the hardware. There is NO REASON you should need that laundry list of specs just to run the freakin' OS. People are spoiled by $300 computers because a $300 computer will check their email, IM to friends and surf the web perfectly well. They hear Microsoft has an upgrade out, so they expect the software to be, you know, an upgrade. Make things better, not worse. There's no reason whatsoever for Vista to take the resources it does, especially in light of the fact that Linux and OSX can do very similar things on much leaner hardware.

Bullshit. My buddy from Iran is currently chatting with me in on AIM. The cable may be cut, but Iran is far from offline.

I dunno. My buddy from Iran was just on AIM with me. It's not completely cut off.

No dude, it was the mice. Dolphins are #2, and humans are a distant #3. You need to read further ;)
Ever seen an alligator snapping turtle? I wouldn't tease one of them...

Whereas the average income in upper Egypt is around $2,600/yr, and even in Cairo it's only $19,200/yr. $100 is nothing, though.

So, basically... you're saying that everyone's a criminal? Or only poor people?
Is that you, Neitzche?

Add one to that assertion
