    Not really, unless they can prove there are no other means of transport available to him then he could have got there via alternative means (aircraft, helicopter, rocket etc)
    I believe the speed limit of an aircraft over most land is the speed of sound, so he is ok all the upto ~750mph.

    actually sounds quite nice for computers, but fail to see usage really.

    Please note however that the document will be placed on public display in the basement of the town hall at the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying 'Beware of the Leopard'.

    Actually, I am used to having the music for free all the time.
    Since I was a small boy music has been a part of my life.
    I used to go to sleep listening to it, I still drive to work with it, and I've never paid a single penny for it.

    I am of course talking about the radio.
    Any music I have purchased has been on the back of radio and peer play.

    But the big oil companies have the infrastructure to deliver your roadside energy requirements.
    Oil *will* run out eventually and you will start to see more and more alternative filling options at the stations (just like LPG).

    I can't find a specific 1st hand reference (there are some furums but they don't count) for onstar shutting the engine down, but why do you care enough?
    I was discussing a totally hypothetical situation which is so far outside reality the facts aren't important.

    It completely locked my firefox like nothing I have ever seen before.
    I (for the first time) had to use task manager to shut it down.
    Even the chrome wasn't refreshing, it was totally taken over.

    Instead of a hand crank, some kind of foot powered rig would be good for aircraft (like the old sweing machines).
    It would also have the benfit of getting you active and would help to prevent a DVT on a long haul flight.

    Even though lots of people in the world use computers, a great deal don't.
    My sons can both use computers (too well sometimes) but they don't have an internet connection in their bedroom. If they want to go online they can come on the family pc and do whatever they need to.

    Computers can be a very powerful tool, but they should not run your life.

    is to be there with them.
    Show them whats out there, explain things, guide them and most of all - don't let them out on their own.
    You wouldn't consider letting your youngster go playing on the streets on a saturday night, so do the same with online stuff.
