With my computer i can play games made 10 years ago.

warcraft, lemmings, doom, Lets see a console do that! There are many older games i still play.

Not to mention via emulators i can play NES, SNES, sega, N64 and playstation games all on my computer.

Computer offers a much better selection of games. not to mention apps and contol over the hardware.

And i've now had my 10D for a year, and i drop it, bash it, use it in the pouring rain, and plain just abuse it. Still works perfectly. Thank god for the metal body.

The only problem i have with it is sometimes when focusing to infinity it backfocuses, but i haven't foud that to be to much of a problem at all and i think its the lens.

not to many "recent" games that require thinking because games are now geared for teens and the current generate unlike back in the day where it was more adults.

Doesn't skip with MP3s either when i'm hiking/biking.

plays MP3 right off the CD, sounds great, batteri life is good, not as long as parents, but that might be age, i think i get 15-20hours, but never really measured as double AAs are cheap.

what i'd like is something liek it that can play DVDs full of MP3s and/or oggs. That would be an awsome player.

I was looking at their newer CD players and the sales guy siad they DO NOT play MP3 nativly anymore, but i'm not sure if he knew what he was talking about. anyone know for sure?
