    Agree. Why add a case and something to protect the screen when the phone could be more ruggedized to start with? Aftermarket products and the expectation consumers will replace every couple of years, that's why.

    My experience too. I switched from 5Ghz wifi to 2.4 and that seemed to help but didn't completely eliminate battery drain. If I run on cellular data exclusively I don't see the same battery drain problem.

    It was clear then Verizon had no intention of honoring it so I switched to a set data plan. While dumping Verizon was an option I have family members who think it's a "must have". We'll see about that...

    Not that much has really changed regarding performance for the average PC user. It's good enough so why upgrade. Phones are now experiencing the same thing. Plus they are very expensive.
