Print professionals have been asking Adobe to remove the stupid canvas size limit from Illustrator for years.
For 'professional' software it sure has a lot of features that actually hampers professional users. And the kicker is, Adobe doesn't give a crap. They're more interested in obfuscating the UI even more, than fixing usability.
Then again, kinda sounds like Microsoft in that regard.
We are constantly working to detect and stop this type of activity because we don't want our services to be used to manipulate people
Of course they don't want that.. it would hurt their ludicrous business model of manipulating people.. and people might be manipulated from dumping Facebook.
As far as I know, IE is the only browser left that still supports the java runtime environment.. every other browser I've tried stopped supporting NPAPI plugins.
Sorry, I have a great hate on for.. our company uses Netsuite, which is owned by Oracle. It's a steaming mess, and even though we pay over $3k a month for the service, when I need support I get told, "sorry, that's not a defect, check the online documentation".. which is complete shit.
I'm always surprised that there's no browser aimed directly at corporate environments.
As head of IT, and our companies reliance on cloud based SaaS, the browser is a crucial tool in our company. The existing batch of browsers off little to zero support when things go sideways when shit breaks.
Why no company has made a hardened corporate browser. It seems logical that there would be a market for a licensed browser specifically to meet corporate needs. To me it would give more incentive to SaaS providers to make damn sure their platform works on a specific browser.
My staff are always complaining that they need to use two, sometimes three, different browsers to do their jobs because companies like Google and Mozilla are always trying to one up each other, and users be dammed when they break shit along the way. They're not held accountable.
True, but the space taken up by removable RAM slots take up is considerable for the overall size of the Mini's motherboard. And I wouldn't be surprised if the cooling system wasn't beefed up to cut down on CPU throttling.
Also, m.2 drives take up a bit of space as well which is why you find smaller PC mobos going through extra lengths like putting the m.2 socket on the backside of the board rather than the component side.
I'm not apologizing for Apple's design, just my two bits.. or half a nibble.
Compared to the previous model it seems Apple decided to ditch the 2.5" spinner in an effort to give us removable RAM in the same form factor. Let's face it, Apple was never going to increase the thickness of the Mac Mini to allow for both swappable RAM and storage. They only want to make things smaller and thinner.
It's six of one, half dozen of another. Be stuck with factory size RAM and upgradable storage, or factory size storage and upgradable RAM.
I'm split on their decision knowing the premium they charge for both RAM and SSD storage. In the end though, I think they made the right choice between the two. I can add external storage, but you can't add external RAM. It doesn't mean I'm happy with either option, but this one seems the most reasonable of the two.
I'll probably just hold off and wait to see what the new Mac Pro brings instead.
I don't know if these "magic" chips are installed or not.. buuut..
If they were, you'd think that someone would have noticed the extra traffic on their network going through, or trying to get through, their firewalls. Unless these chips are packed with every known vulnerability of bypassing corporate firewalls, they would leave a very suspicious trail of evidence to their use.
Yeah, I'm not baking the chicken, just grilling it. It takes considerably less time than baking. Searing gives it a nice light crisp outside, while super tender on the inside.
The leading cause of death is being born.
Everyone is going to die, may as well enjoy your time alive as even the best diet isn't going to change the fact that you're on a clock.
Yes, it can be ignored.. until companies like Steam, UPlay, Origin, etc. only offer new games via streaming.

Stupid auto-html conversion..
Which (insert random Chinese electronics manufacturer's name) will this appear in first?
Which product will his appear in first?

For those that have liquid cooled laps of steel I guess. For everyone else, it's an expensive slim portable desktop computer.
Just what we need.. even more space debris! Yay! I can't wait for SpaceX to toss another 1500 more chunks into orbit.

Well how about making it part of the special olympics then?

I would say Linux is already basking in the glow of having outstanding server share. It's just the desktop experience that leaves alot to be desired.
How about just digging under California until it falls into the ocean... it's the only way to be sure.
I wonder what company they stole their technology from.
Until they started focusing only on Battle Royale mode and left the real "Save The World" game to stagnate.
I bought into the founders pack back in the day.. now cry when I see what a shit show it's turned into.
Had me head scratching for a second as I thought I read "child trafficking smartwatches".
PewDiePie.. isn't she one of the mentally challenged ponies?

Sounds like the adult content filter it's working as intended..
How exactly are "how to poison my mom," "how to join isis," and "how to make a bomb" adult sites?
