    SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION

    Application number: 20150032573

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of allowing a user to obtain a service using a processing system. The method utilises components each of which corresponds to a respective service portion provided by a respective entity. The method includes causing the processing system to determine a combination of components defining a sequence of service portions, in accordance with input commands received from the user. The processing system then implements the components in accordance with the component combination, thereby causing the sequence of service portions to be performed, such that the desired service to be performed.

Who stands to gain from increasing government (specifically environmental regulaton)?

Most of the vitriol is directed against the fossil fuel industry and their allies (Koch brothers, Bush family, Cheney, etc). The Democrats' goal is to replace the oil industry with their "Green Economy" in which the companies depend on the government for their existence via subsidies, start-up funding, etc.

I know math is hard, but you should try it sometime. According to the article, 86% of the scientists agreed that there is global warming, and 78% of those say humans contribute to it. That means .86 * .78 = .67, or roughly 2/3 believe that humans are contributing to warming. That is hardly a consensus. It's also a good illustration of how statistics can be presented in a way the deceives most readers (like you)..

They don't say where that number came from, most likely pulled from someplace where the Sun doesn't shine. When a section of forest is cleared either by cutting or burning the ground is soon covered in tree sprouts. Take a look at regeneration in Yellowstone National Park after the fires burned about 1/3 of it in the late 80's.
