I have no idea what you think multihead displays has to do with the gimp UI.
He's referring to being able to spread the (now optionally) many seperate utility windows out over multiple displays, rather than them all having to be located on the one screen.

I'm yet to see a Qt/Mac app that doesn't look like ass. Though I've only tried a couple (LyX, Psi, and some game), all the "native" widgets were bad emulations that fit in worse than a Java Swing application, and in some cases didn't really work.
I doubt that's their biggest reason - the _official_ OS X MSN client allows you to toggle the ads on and off. I've never seen anything much be advertised on their either, before I switched them off.
Not sure if anyone's posted this, but in OS X, holding down Shift while using the scroll wheel causes it to scroll horizontally.. up is left, down is right.

The OS X version of Mozilla is an all or nothing install.. at least for the binaries from the Mozilla website.
