The office of the president elect is part of the federal government and is functionally part of the GSA, according to the Presidential Transition Act of 1963.
Credentials mean something. Degrees demonstrate that a person has met a set of requirements in a subject area. Most situations don't allow for detailed explanations and degrees provide a measure by which to judge knowledge/sill level/expertise.
why in the hell they're fucking bombing Iraqi citizens?
according to military commanders, the insurgency is virtually entirely Iraqi, but the facts don't really matter when you want to spout off about your uninformed agenda, do they?
debka is crap. During the time you mentioned they published reports that saddam was hiding in belarus, that there was an underground city under baghdad, that there were WMD facilities under the "sand dunes" that could be moved by remote control and that iraqi wmd is in lebanon, among hundreds and hundreds of other bullshit stories. debka is for morons who want to believe they are getting some sort of inside information, but all they really get is utter crap.
After thinking some more about the topic, one additional thought is to wonder what "blogging" has to do with this article. They just needed a better excuse than "online scam"? That's all this gambling is.
It's because one of the biggest sources of comment spam is from 'online poker' sites trying to increase their rankings.
In other words, films with violence are not currently restricted by law. What we are talking about here is a system that would legally restrict video games that are comparable to R or possibly even PG-13 rated films, which have no legal restriction.
Except that very, very few of the games that would be affected are pornographic.
Film ratings are voluntary and not enforced by law. The GTA series features no nudity yet would be restricted by law, while R-rated films with a lot of nudity would not.
There are a number of different types of book scanners available. Libraries already scan tons of books for things like interlibrary loan and digitization projects.
That's why having all the options, like with apple mail, is so nice. I have the big global in box and all the individual ones right below it, then all the folders for the filtered mail and the spam folder. That said, I don't really like the rest of the apple mail interface.
Our problem, at a university, is that our IT staff is totally unqualified but firing people here is near impossible. So there's absolutely no turnover since these people literally be lucky to get another job that pays half of what they get paid now. And when there is a jpb open, we have an absolutely massive number of applications from all sorts of people, many of them looking for that same kind of job security. The number of overqualified applicants is astronomical.
Unfortunately, it's also damaging our ability to function. Some members of the staff are now far more skilled than the IT department (and getting paid ~1/2), so they are being forced to bypass the whole department in order to get work done.
What needs to happen is that the incentives for being a IT worker with no real knowledge need to disappear so these people find jobs that are really suited to their skills (or lack thereof). Hopefully the current job losses will gut the industry of these types and discourage future ones so it ends up with more balance.

Halo was alright, but it wasn't that great. In terms of environment, metroid prime was very similar but the gameplay was far better. In terms of story, there were some good, memorable parts, but it was chopped up by, yes, repetitive levels. Halo feels more like an arcade game than a really immersive environment. Plus, after years of the GTA series it's really difficult to think of Halo as open and filled with options.
Not to mention how much it sucked that there were no bots for deathmatch. How am I supposed to play against a friend?!?!
Similar experience. Went to Vancouver a week ago. On the way to Canada we just had a pleasant very brief conversation with the canadian border official (no contact with any US officials, as usual). I think he quickly ran the car's plates and that was it. Didn't even ask for ID. On the way back in, however, the US border guard was a real prick. Even sent us to get searched. If I had my passport it would have been easier, but I've never needed it before when I've crossed at various points.
As bad as anyone might think moore is, Kopel's article is and has always been puffed up with garbage non-deceits and empty, misleading bending of the facts. There certainly are reasons to go after moore, but it sure would be nice if his critics didn't use the same tactics. Unfortunately, his critics are exactly where moore borrowed his techniques that they loathe so much.

Any decent university has moved away from rote memorization and is continuing to do so.
it's just missing data (see just east of el paso, tx for more) and you are a conspiracy theorist
widescreen isn't for dvds.

The key word seems to be "firsthand"

Time for the requisite RTFA.
Your statement is just plain false. You either misunderstood what you read or are mindlessly repeating a false rumor.

That's the thing. It's not a skill that stands on it's own. People like this with minimal skills are clogging up the market.

You're thinking too hard about it. Recognize that it's a scam and go from there.
Relax. You still need to buy apple hardware for FCP. No website with that many typos, errors and straight-up misconceptions should be taken seriously.
Could there possibly be more typos?
Shouldn't they have done this a little earlier. You know, when there was a chance to still register?
