Nintendo has an advantage here because long as it is a Nintendo ________, people will know it is a gaming system. However, Sony _______ wouldn't necessarily be a gaming system because they make other stuff: TV's, Stereos, etc. Same with Microsoft. The XBox and Playstation brands let you know that they are game related were as Nintendo is both a gaming brand and the name of the company.

  4. Re:Too bad the movie sucks on Popular HD DVD Disc Hits a Snag · · Score: 1

I did love the camera work and the look of the film. However, I thought that the storyline had so much more potential. Overall, I was hoping for a film more like The Player, in that it combined great camera work/long shots with an entertaining story. I thought that CoM was more of an exercise in film making, rather than story telling.

After listening to him on TWiT for the past two years, it is pretty obvious that he will say anything in the name of self promotion. That being said, I kinda agree with him this time. I don't see how the iPhone can not fail. Even if it is an average success, the amount of hype that surrounds it will make it seem like a failure and unless new and better models come out a lot more often that the current iPod upgrade schedule it will be forgotten once everyone buys a new phone in 12-24 months. nearlygod
